Yeah but this is what makes me shake my head (a bit like the constant speculative dot joining). Was Jean-Luc's remark about success in relation to development of AKIDA i.e. bringing it to reality or was he referencing commercial success i.e. pending revenue. I tend to think it was the former, which still leaves us with a great product that no one wants to pay for?
I doubt Jean-Luc would be able to comment on BRN's commercial success just yet. He's a CTO, so I assume you're right and he's commenting on BRN's success in developing Akida.
Saying that, we saw a convo of Chapman89 with Prophesee's Luca where Luca mentioned that he is looking forward to a commercial deal with Brainchip.
I think that is a key comment. Luca sees Akida's potential, knows that it's a success, and now is looking forward to a contract.
If Jean-Luc from Accenture is saying that he is seeing development of Akida as a success, is there less or more chance for Accenture to make a partnership/contract with BRN?
It won't happen tomorrow, but I think both these gentlemen making comments of that nature in this current environment is critical.
They obviously don't want to pay now, from my understanding it is a normal process. Most companies don't pay up front, Renesas and Megachips wanted our IP so they could play with it themselves and hence there were contracts, but other companies get BRN support until they are ready with their final product is what I think.
