With the former Minister of Finance now due to face Justice on 15 July for his part in an overbilling scam, when will we see the former Minister of Portfolio as well as Celestine Kibeya of Cominiere who are also accused of corruption in the Dathcom/Manono file brought to Justice?
The former Minister of Finance took his flight with his wife to the French capital last weekend.
This trip for health care reasons to Paris raised an outcry in Congolese opinion.

I think Issuer Sponsored status might give AVZ some leverage in whether to accept and register transfers or not, if deemed to be obtained fraudulently, but perhaps our resident legal experts may wish to comment
Clearly, this HK letter is fraudulent in claiming AVZ recommend acceptance
