Alingete resents Adèle Kayinda with unreliable reports in COMMINIERE case
ADMIN DECEMBER 5, 2022 3 MIN READ
A fake news industry set up to destabilize Princess Adèle Kayinda
As the elections approach, the industry of fake news, cabals and gratuitous accusations are running at full speed. From this industry came a shameless accusation fomented for the sole purpose of smearing and tarnishing the honor of the Minister of State in charge of the Portfolio, Adèle Kayinda, pillar of the government for the reform of public enterprises.
A group of twelve NGOs wanted to offer the skin of the min'Etat to the Portfolio by relaying, in a press release, fake news according to which Adèle Kayinda actively participated in the selling off of the Congolese exploitation's heritage. mining (COMMINIERE), a public company whose shares are shared between the government (90%) and the National Social Security Fund (10%).
Thus, these NGOs called for the dismissal of Adèle Kayinda.
Sleuths believe that this press release constitutes an “attempt at media lynching made in a language of despair to undermine the image, dignity and honor of Princess Adèle Kayinda”.
They explained that concerning the COMMINIERE, investigations were carried out both by the General Inspectorate of Finance (IGF) and other authorized public structures, reports drawn up and presented to the Prime Minister for assessment and for decisions which impose.
None of these investigations, affirmed concordant sources, concluded on the implication of the person of Adèle Kayinda in the selling off of the heritage of this public company.
They recalled that by decision of the Prime Minister, Sama Lukonde, public companies have been authorized to associate with private capital or foreign direct investment (FDI), through joint ventures, for the development of strategic minerals.
“It is this reform, led by Adèle Kayinda within COMMINIERE, which is pushing under-informed people to cry out, without reason, for the selling off of this public company”, our sources maintained.
And to specify:
"When one knows the functioning of the structures of the government of the Republic, it is unwise to consider that a minister, even a minister of state, has the power to initiate alone such a reform which affects the life of the State, public finances and the lives of citizens on major mining projects that take an average of 30 years to complete”.
