Comineire/DRC/China :
What the hell am I doing here? You've got nothing on me. I'm covered. Call the Joint Chief.

ICSID/AVZ :
That won't be necessary, cunts, as I have already received no less than a dozen calls from highly-ranked and powerfully-placed individuals telling me to let you go, but the joy of checks and balances in our government is that I can, and am, indeed, required by law, to tell them to fuck off.

Funny enough you can buy a bag of dicks and mail them for the low low price of OH would you look at that? 12 bucks a pop. Same price we'll let our shares go for!

Quick question, why is everyone so certain the board changes at Global Lithium is positive for AVZ? Could equally be coincidental or a non-event or even negative for AVZ. Am I missing something?

Also anyone have the next ICSID or ICC important date??

Thank you for putting up the question. I’ve got no understanding or position on GL1 and Jones yet cause I just don’t have any information.

I wasn't certain at all and was pretty doubtful but given that they wrote an article on the West Australian on it I imagine they had sources tell them.

I don't think anyone is projecting that it's actually a positive for AVZ itself, just that it may be linked to the recent attempt by RCI to pilfer AVZ shares according to the West Australian.
People are hopeful that the scum that are attempting to rob shareholders are taken to task.

Agree, and In my opinion GL1 have called a trading halt while they undertake an internal investigation into his activities before they announce any changes.

Seems quite surgical... no "thank you" on departure from the company?! The language ("resigned... effective immediately") suggests, 'cut ties, introduce newcomers, move-on'... interesting!

Well, we picked that like a snotty nose, and now the facts are out there, we can probably say it's a positive for AVZ from the perspective that GL1 has had to act on the participation of one of it's BoD in the dirty tactics (cough cough) of undermining our BoD through less than savoury tactics, let alone being associated with Carrick. Maybe Pei was also involved in the background?

So its negative publicity for the scum

Looks like Pei has taken the opportunity to install his man as chief of GL1, but thats not our business (unless he tries to fuck with us).

Good fucking luck to holders of GL1

Like to get the same campaign on Michael Carrick but the company he chairs, RTG Mining is woeful and has no relevance

I watched a true crime docuseries on Netflix that follows the story of how internet users came together to track down a criminal after a disturbing video surfaced online. Despite them never meeting in real life, their collective efforts led to the capture of the killer.

"Don't F**k with Cats: Hunting an Internet Killer

A twisted criminal's gruesome videos drive a group of amateur online sleuths to launch a risky manhunt that pulls them into a dark underworld."

The Australo-Chinese lithium squabble is still caught up in the courts – no AVZ representative would speak to me for this article, and when I tried to attend a hearing between the parties at the International Chamber of Commerce’s International Court of Arbitration, in Paris, I was told that such proceedings are secret.

Graeme Johnston, the technical director for AVZ, declined to be interviewed but he did send me a series of emails. In his last message, he wrote that the Chinese firms trying to wrest control of the Manono lithium concession were ‘a bunch of gangsters’.

The cases were in court, he said. ‘We are facing a concerted and well-funded disinformation campaign in the DRC paid for by our Chinese mates,’ he continued.

He ended with a geopolitical kicker, the type of thing that the State Department officer had been so concerned with when we spoke.

‘Since this deposit could supply 20 percent of the global lithium supply it is logical to assume that those who end up with Manono will be able to control the world’s lithium price.’
