Yeh I have been mulling this one over too. The other thought was ideally FMG taking part ownership of CDL, say 50% for $1 billion. That money funds RD, some road upgrades and we then have a reliable partner for CDL. If CDL is indeed larger than RD, then FMG have a bargain. Andrew Forrest then gets to make a name for himself so he can set up his $100 billion Congo hydro power.

Yeah I know Wombie old mate.
I've been mulling over and trying to predict the coming events.
The whispers of it being released after the 1st roadshow actually make a little bit of sense to me, stategically.
But I really hope the prmoised update gets released today rather than Monday, fuck sake I'm starved of information.

Finally a leaked video showing why the signed ML never made it to AVZ’s headquarters and we don’t see the the list of said announcements ,

Normally if there is something new announced at a roadshow the company must issue an announcement prior to the information being released at the roadshow. So my bet is a few minutes before the roadshow if it is new information that the market is not aware of

100% this is an option. RS being held outside of market hours I'm assuming it doesn't breach any rules, regardless of in suspension or not.
People going to be real disappointed aka pissed off if it's released a few minutes before the roadshow as it means ML not received.
Personally any other agreements (ie SEZ), JV discussions, world domination rumours won't cut it. Have said before that SEZ is just a nice to have and we don't necessarily need it.

Just a thought /suggestion - AVZ could put local DRC news /updates etc of the Manono Project, local interviews, articles etc. on their social media account(s). For eg. any news & updates not needed to be announced on the ASX, but of interest to their shareholders - especially during mine development etc. (PLS did this through their Instagram & Twitter accounts during mine development which was very well received by investors and other interested parties. It’s a shame to see the last post on the Twitter account was in July).

Best realistic scenario:
Signing ceremony in DRC today for Collaboration Agreement & SEZ, then on plane back in time for Perth RS with those in hand and a credible way forward to ML and a please, please don't sell pitch.
Without any announcements to date, that's as low/high as I've set my expectations.
