Yeah, let's move on and start generating huge revenues which will, in time, be reflected by the share price and eventually dividends to share holders!
Or, we could get distracted and bogged down in court cases, undermine our boards and managers credibility, slow down and disincentivize our staff and potentially add more years before we become solvent, ubiquitous and an industry standard.
Let's move forward, before the behemoths catch up.
If you want to examine entrails, buy a goat.
Don't cut off your nose to spite your face!
Who gains from that?

Here's hoping they address the SP manipulation this AGM to settle nerves for some. Also hoping for a left fielder about moving forwards on Nasdaq Full Listing too! Late 2024 fourth quarter would suit fine to start off 2025 with a bang "THE BIG BANG!" IMO.
Our Board being near all Yankees i'm sure they know the huge benefits of being on Nasdaq. Cheers to all us lucky holders , Vlad.

I don't really think there is much if anything the Board or management can do about share price manipulation.
It will no doubt continue as long as the mechanisms favour its proponents.
Even companies with the size and heft of Tesla and Apple are regularly targeted.

Some will say we need to disclose more via ASX announcements but they are doing what they consider best in this regard and have been consistent for some time now.
They are not trumpeting fluff, as many Companies do, providing sugar hits for traders to profit from, but are building and protecting our corporate reputation, with an eye to our wannabe associates who demand and respect both discretion and probity.

Nor do I hold out much promise in direct legal action.
At least not until a precedent has been established by a local governing authority.

In essence, the shorting and other manipulative behaviour is beyond the scope of any single business to deal with and will only be answered by appropriate sanctions exacted by/or on, a governing body.

I think Manny mentioned it in the other thread, the insto's really just duck and weave with technical analysis.
If you strip away the news (because keeping up to date is cumbersome, even with AI) and just look at technical analysis we are only just beginning to look like turning things around.
These guys don't concern themselves with press releases and tweets etc, they just wait for flags and open and close positions.

I don't personally believe any one group is responsible for manipulating a stock with this kind of volume and volatility.
They may be capable, but when they can either go long or short on a whim and not fight the market, why would they bother trying to move it in a particular direction.
Not to mention even if you think you are a whale, there's probably a bigger whale capable of destroying you in seconds.

"We keep making progress. Step by step."

This comment says it all, based on this mornings early news, I can't say whom I'm quoting, but believe me when I say it's genuine.

The current building blocks that are being placed at our foundations are more representative of where we are currently, not where we
were 3 or more years ago, there's solid and then there's solid !!

The key personnel all know that we Aussie shareholders appreciate their individual efforts, and sometimes that's what it comes down to,
being able to relate to an individual on a one-on-one basis within any given company, in this situation I'm referring to Rob, his sideways
movement within the company's leadership group was a masterstroke, meaning, having your key personnel in the best position to advance
the company, whereby they are comfortable in the role they have been gifted.

On another note, has anyone ever raised the point that maybe Manny didn't wish to leave his role as Chair, and was actually asked to stand
aside to make way for Antonio? just thought I'd put that out there. I have decided to vote NO.

Like for like I'd accept, but not the current proposal, I know voting is a private thing for many, but I have always been a free spirit, and don't
really care if you know my personal position, I'll always stand by my convictions.

Have a nice evening or sleep or breakfast, whatever the case may be.....my regards.....Tech

@TECH, If you read the AGM notes you will see that the lapsed options were initially granted to Manny 7 July 2017, these options then lapsed/expired 1st March 2022. All options have an expiry date

See page 26 of 2023 Notice of AGM for further info if you want the detail that has been provided to us, however, it should be kept in mind that Manny Hernandez had close to 5 years to exercise these options.

In a previous post I mentioned that tax law in US is quite different to Oz tax law, so if Manny had exercised his options they would have then vested into FPO's (fully paid ordinaries) which under US tax law could have involved an immediate tax liability (even if he didn't sell his vested shares).

Regardless Manny had plenty of time to make a plan, and if he really wanted to exercise the options he should have had a plan, around his options, but this ass his prerogative or responsibility (not BRN's). Importantly (but not mentioned in info provided by BRN) he would have also had the ability to speak/contact with the company Secretary who would have been able to advise him that shareholder approval would need to be had with regard to making changes to the date of options expiry, or some such.

Be clear any reasonably well informed company secretary would have been able to furnish the needed info very readily, their brief
requires a reasonable understanding of company law, it's not rocket science. I have been a company secretary so have some small understanding of the subject matter.

So for me the story we are being given is too short on some important detail, or IMO it doesn't stand up, we are being told it is in the best interests of all parties, I don't buy it. Manny simply had to pay $0.12 to exercise them, but now the company is not issuing him options, but rather giving him free shares, go figure. I don't like being treated this way - and it wouldn't matter who it was.

I'd suggest having some form of identification/voting letter.

Just a reminder what Sean has on his LinkedIn profile.
Remember, he is a Silicon Valley board member and has worked for some of the largest companies.
He wouldn’t say this so publicly if he couldn’t see this happening or even close to it.
They know what’s up!

PATIENCE.

Good post. If you posted it on HC you would be promptly shat on from a great height and instantly reported for upsetting serial downrampers.
