BRN Discussion Ongoing

If ARM was an arm, BRN would be its biceps💪!
@Bravo,

Uh Huh. Originally had trouble getting into the newswire website (timed out or I lost patience) but it's in there. They did use LG's system. The EQXX was released at the CES 2022. However, the 2nd paragraph in the website says this:

First introduced by Mercedes-Benz at AG CES 2021, the MBUX Hyperscreen consists of three screens including LCD display, ICD (Instrument Cluster Display) and two OLED displays, CID (Central Information Display) and CDD (Co-Driver Display) under a bonded glass cover to give the appearance of a single, continuous display. The use of advanced plastic OLED (P-OLED) display technology enables the infotainment system in the Mercedes-Benz EQS EV to deliver clear, sharp images and text and slim bezels with no physical knobs means occupants get an intuitive touch interface with refined haptics for a user experience (UX) with minimal learning curve.

No mention of the EQXX in CES 2022 which means the version released with the 2022 Mercedes-Benz EQS EV sedan will be the one above. Akida less. Still saving everything Akida for the big reveal in 2024 by the looks of it 😞

I'm beginning to put the jigsaw together on how everything fits together ie Valeo does the Lidar, Renasas in car monitoring, Nidvida? MBUX, LG the screen. I don't know if LG would use Akida to display the info on their screens. At least if LG are working with others, they'd be able to tell them a better system using Akida is just around the corner. Then again, I think everybody knows anyway. The cat is well and truly out of the bag.

sometimes I even manage to confuse myself. 🥴 - you are not Robinson Crusoe

It's funny you mention Robinson Crusoe @Proga and so apt because this is what I think it's all about actually. Big companies coming together to create the right ECOSYSTEM to be able to take advantage of the 4th Industrial Revolution together. They need each other to make it work though, which is why I suspect we are seeing so many collaborations because they don't want to be Robinson Crusoe - just an island struggling to make it all on their own.

Fact Finder always said to have a plan - well how's this: Destination 2027, SP north of 150 bucks....retirement 😆 All that needs to be done is hold through thick and thin while BRN's AKIDA becomes ubiquitous 😲

$150 just imagine that......

Very wise, it’s hard to hold when price is dropping but also hard to hold when price hits $100 and not sell when you know it’s potential is so much more.

An earlier stock I invested in was PLS, bought in at ~$0.70 and rode it like a bucking bronco up over a $1.00 then down to $0.15 before selling out at around $1.20 and now it sits at $2.80.

The fundamentals didn’t change just my emotions. It was a long 2-yr introduction to investing and one mistake I don’t plan on making again. As David Sach’s says ‘let your winners ride’.

I don't want to go too far out on a limb but is it possible that Mr Ludovic Rota is mixing up a few things that the others are willing to jump on?

Did I miss something or did Mercedes actually announce that they will use Akida for tasting and smelling as well as "Hey Mercedes"?! Does he believe everything without questioning or asking in this case the thoughts of Sally Ward-Foxton and proclaim it to the world? If she believes it I believe it too. Herd instinct.
Instead of quoting he should claim that MB will use Akida to detect carbon monoxide in EVs to support his credibility.
Please correct me if I have overlooked or misunderstood something.

Yep, this forum and the fundamentals that the 1000 eyes keep uncovering is a game changer - thanks to all who contribute, especially the tech heads 🤔

100%. I got the inkling from Intel when they announced their massive fab expansion plans and said we'll work with anybody.

I don't know whether he (Mr Ludovic Rota) has mixed things up @cosors but I think he definitely has helped to put an idea out there that should be "front and centre" IMO.

Whether he intended to or not, I beleive he just highlighted something that ONLY AKIDA CAN DO IMO (i.e tasting and smelling for air pollution or fuel quality).

At $150 a share the market cap would have to be significantly higher than BHP
255 billion seems like a stretch 🤔
I would not complain if it was means $ 41 M my portfolio

It won't start for anyone wearing a turtle neck. Period. It will simply display a range of alternatives and where you can locate them.

Yeah might be a bit of a stretch in only 5 years and hard to imagine right now. $15 to $20 is a reasonable expectation though and I'd be ecstatic with that - too conservative perhaps? What happens when AKIDA 2000 is released, surely management won't be able to keep a lid on that.....nor will the shorts.

think we need to be realistic and get past the $2.50 mark first.

I tried and gave up calculating how high the price and when, it's impossible.

Any number suggested in this forum is plausible and probably conservative.
We can guestimate Akida penetratation into existing markets where edge AI is easily adaptable. We'll however need the wildest imagination and a few crystal balls to calculate royalties from new markets/ industries that don't currently exist.

Would I be surprised if BRN achieved billions in revenue within 5yrs, no!
Would I be happy if BRN paid $1 franked dividends in 5yrs, yes!

Do you think that there will be a share split along the way??
I hope so. Means the shares price has risen to high.

yep Tesla $891 a share and 1 . something million shares. no dividends. they are currently doing a x3 split in a few days times that's the proposed one.
Us at $1aud , i reckon at a blink of an eye (slow blink if you like) we will be at $5 and i guess @alwaysgreen did you mention 2 weeks ago you were ready to retire? How does anywhere between $5 and $891 sound? 🤣
We will do share splits in the future too, which is better than dividends in my opinion.
If the Company is doing really well, the price soon marches up again! 😛

We're looking a few years out for that though..

I was just annoyed that he is creating a problem where there is none and that with us.
I can literally smell the mob. No, we don't want that kind of surveillance. What's it to my car if I'm not washed?! I am against such chips!

I know I'm exaggerating but so is he. He is questioning whether MB is working in the right direction and that is not even based on his own thoughts and it is taken out of context. This is also a bit about publicity and how this new technology can be integrated into all our lives and how people will accept it. This is a sensitive issue.

The EU Commission has a catalogue of proposals about AI laws that will be fleshed out next year. It says with regard to recognition and AI e.g.:
We recommend a general ban on "Social Scoring". This is so general that it has to be applied to EV or any assessment of facial expressions, if.
When people like him shout things populistically into the world this is what happens. I don't want to judge his extremely witty contribution.

I step back. Something like this just makes me angry. And he calls himself a product engineer... with a turtle neck

Let's play "trigger the stop/loss's" 1 DOLLAR NEXT STOP.....we are obviously 1/3 the way through the 3rd quarter, things that were
commented on recently by Sean, MUST be well underway by now.

I'm expecting some solid headway to be achieved during the next 5 month burst, I can't speak for anyone else on this site, but I always
do a end of year review, re-evaluate my position, judge what the company has or hasn't achieved, matched to what was predicted as
company goals...then either sit on my holding, add more if I can afford to, or worst case scenario, lighten off a touch.

The sharemarket is full of opportunities, focus on a particular sector, research it, understand it, learn about the individuals whom are potentially
going to be delivering on your investment, try hard not to get emotional (I find that the hardest discipline) as you all know about my 7 year
love affair with Brainchip 🥰.

The biggest lesson I have learnt over the years is, ALWAYS protect your capital, a mistake that I have made numerous times over my 24 year
market adventures, and any trader will tell you, you can't win all the time, accept it and move forward.

An announcement of some sort would be nice, just saying 🥸 Tech

I found it to be a cheap shot which are manifested from frustration. Then I asked myself why is a Product Marketer working on ADAS solutions having a cheap shot at a little aussie battler? Having trouble gaining traction are we? I could be reading too much into it.
