BRN Discussion Ongoing

Especially for a SP between $161 and $687🤪
I guess one can only dream about the $$$$

This is pretty interesting!

You know how LG Electronics' are working in close collaboration with trusted partner Mercedes-Benz? If you don't check out the link dated 12 Jan 2022 below which says "As an innovative partner for future mobility, LG Electronics' Vehicle component Solutions (VS) Company is working with global automakers such as Mercedes-Benz AG to become a leading developer of connectivity, infotainment and ADAS solutions to deliver differentiated in-vehicle experiences".

You also knew it was LG Electronics'newest premium in-vehicle infotainment (IVI) system that will be a central feature in the 2022 Mercedes-Benz EQS EV sedan, etc.

Well now it has just recently been annoucement (cupla days ago) that LG and SoundHound are teaming up to develop an advanced AI voice system to enable conversational voice control in vehicles. SoundHound's voice recognition technology will be integrated with LG's in-vehicle infotainment (IVI) system, allowing drivers to control key functions using natural language commands.

LG and SoundHound, say hello to AKIDA!

Never have I seen a company supported so much by its shareholders.
Atm, it's mostly games. Would it go further down and fill the gap around 1.01? May be.
But it's a great feeling to know most holders know our potential, and shares are held tight.

And it's that support from the shareholders that is being loathed by shorters and trolls. You can see a lot of these in today's course of sales.

So, I understand the short system, but I don’t understand where they get the volume to buy when they push down?
I think someone said over 4 million taken out last Friday, but even if a few retail sold, I can’t imagine that being enough to cover them?
Do they just keep re-shorting until they make enough profit, or sometimes lose badly?
Cheers, and if you are a shorter with bad intentions, go @&%# yourselves and I hope Brainchip come out with an announcement!

There will be some pretty interesting decisions to make along the way as the SP climbs to $10, $20, $50, $100 etc. Does one clear debt by periodically selling down some shares or instead keep riding the train with a fully loaded holding for that 'Powerballesque' jackpot in 2027?

🤔 Certainly is nice to dream.

I think they get the volume from institutional holders. Now that BRN is in the top 200 some funds are required to hold BRN shares. You would think that this would make the SP go up but instead the funds loan their shares (lots) back to shorters - hence the available volume. If you hold your shares in a retail Super Fund then they might actually be used as part of this process.

Apparently a very convinced investor in Brainchip🥰

Investstratege1980: The future belongs to neuromorphic chips (AI) and edge computing. Edge computing is estimated to be over 75 percent in 2025, the cloud will surely be phased out. Unfortunately, Intel lags many months behind with the development. Brainchip has outstripped Intel. If Brainchip will probably bring the further developed Akida chip onto the market next year, Intel and the other competitors are six years behind. Intel is running out of time as high-profile customers risk migrating and migrating to other chip technologies. The only hope would be a collaboration with Brainchip, then they would be unbeatable.

With this huge increase in shorting lately, it will be interesting to see, in the next few days, if the uncovered short position, decreases or increases..

I'd like to see the uncovered position increasing! 😛

It's only a matter of time, before the rubber band, snaps back in their face! 😊

DB,

What timeframes are you using for this huge increase? Over the last month the percentage shorted has remained stable. There was a very large short attack on Friday June 17 with 23m shorted with produced a spike in volume for the day. Looks like they used it to blunt the SP increasing as it was on a charge that week but it did go up slightly that day however (see below).

This is not new news as it was released in Dec 21 but it's worthy of a refresher. It would be interesting to take a deeper look at the patent.

"LG Electronics has developed an innovative in-vehicle camera system that can recognize the driver and other passengers and detect their gestures and finger movements. The company believes that its patented technology can be linked to autonomous driving, augmented reality (AR) and virtual reality (VR) and 5th generation (5G) mobile communications".

"This technology can be connected to self-driving cars, artificial intelligence (AI) modules, drone robots, AR and VR devices and 5G services, LG Electronics explains."

According to the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), LG Electronics filed patent applications for its biometric authentication method and device based on multiple in-vehicle cameras with the United States Intellectual Property Organization (USIPO) and the Korean Intellectual Property Office (KIPO) in August 2019. Recently, the patent was disclosed.

Why did BRN make an announcement regarding the top 20 shareholders and not just release it like normal and why the delay in releasing it? And what are the rules regarding having to make an announcement of any changes to the list?

Another great find Bravo!

Here’s a SoundHound patent for our genius DIO to cast an eye over please. It looks promising, it doesn’t mention SNN but CNN however we are technology agnostic.

Neural acoustic model

Feb 13, 2020 - SoundHound, Inc.
An audio processing system is described. The audio processing system uses a convolutional neural network architecture to process audio data, a recurrent neural network architecture to process at least data derived from an output of the convolutional neural network architecture, and a feed-forward neural network architecture to process at least data derived from an output of the recurrent neural network architecture. The feed-forward neural network architecture is configured to output classification scores for a plurality of sound units associated with speech. The classification scores indicate a presence of one or more sound units in the audio data. The convolutional neural network architecture has a plurality of convolutional groups arranged in series, where a convolutional group includes a combination of two data mappings arranged in parallel.

Morning, Below is my estimate with accompanying references for BRN's projected revenue and MC in 5 years. I like to think in probability, and believe it's more likely than not we'll hit between these to bounds, which would result in a MC of $273 - $1163 Bn USD.

Note, I made conservative estimates even with high range, with the 3 variables highlighted grey are the only difference between low and high ranges. The sky truly is the limit. DYODD.

Great job Lex. It's very hard to predict so far out especially with an emerging technology.

First thoughts were the CAGR looked too low, especially if it becomes ubiquitous. Most of the pundits got the CAGR wrong on the low side predicting EV growth. Also the higher the CAGR the higher the P/E ratio as we both know the SP will front run predicted revenue growth.

I think what's coming down the pike in 2024 will shock the financial markets. They may begin to get an inkling in 2023 depending how many applications hit the market and its effect on BRN revenue. Going out to 2027 was a good idea as a few years of revenue and the rate of increase will provide the market a better guide on CAGR and P/E which in turn sets how much the SP will front run.

Do you know if it was LG's in-vehicle infotainment system used in the EQXX? If it was they have already had experience using Akida.

Global and China Leading Tier1 Suppliers' Intelligent Cockpit Business Research Report 2022 - ResearchAndMarkets.com
July 25, 2022 07:19 AM Eastern Daylight Time
DUBLIN--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The "Global and China Leading Tier1 Suppliers' Intelligent Cockpit Business Research Report, 2022 (I)" report has been added to ResearchAndMarkets.com's offering.

“smart cockpit` technologies. In the next 2-3 years, we will see the mass production of many innovative intelligent cockpits which will experience a great revolution to HMI modes. ”
Tweet this
The mass production of innovative cockpits gathers pace, and penetration of new technologies is on a rapid rise

Global OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers are racing for the implementation of innovative "smart cockpit` technologies. In the next 2-3 years, we will see the mass production of many innovative intelligent cockpits which will experience a great revolution to HMI modes.

Intelligent Cockpit Computing Business: Development Towards Domain Integration and Central Computing

The development trends of intelligent cockpit computing unit: cockpit domain, domain integration, zonal, central computing platform, cloud computing. Judging from their moves in smart cockpit display business, domain integration and central computing will become the new focus of Tier 1 suppliers.

Through the lens of vehicle architecture, domain control unit (DCU) connects traditional cockpit electronic parts, and further integrates ADAS and V2X, beneficial to a better fusion of intelligent driving, in-vehicle connectivity, infotainment, etc. Ultimately, the vehicles will be centrally controlled by central controllers. A total solution turns a smart car into a mobile living space from a means of transportation.

Tier 1 suppliers of intelligent cockpit have started to integrate relevant ADAS functions in cockpit DCU and provide UX customization. Harman now supports the integration of L0 ADAS functions (including AR navigation, 360 surround view, DMS/OMS and E-mirror) into smart cockpit.

In the future, Harman will support L1-L2+ functions through the fusion of intelligent cockpit DCU and ADAS DCU, offering OEMs with opportunities to reduce costs and system complexity. Without additional hardware, intelligent cockpit platforms can be provided to automakers as standalone products through ADAS ECUs. Harman envisages the level 1 and 2 dual node concept being introduced into vehicles from 2024/2025 onwards.

Viewed from the deployment of chip vendors, Qualcomm prioritizes the chip fabrication process in both the 4th-Gen Snapdragon Cockpit Platform and the Snapdragon Ride Platform for Autonomous Driving simultaneously, so that the Snapdragon Ride SoC and the fourth-generation Snapdragon cockpit chip will achieve cross-domain converged computing. The L2+ version of NVIDIA DRIVE Hyperion 8.1 uses two Orin SoCs, one for autonomous driving and the other for in-cabin applications. Besides, NVIDIA has launched the DRIVE Concierge cockpit software solution and the DRIVE IX software stack enabling integration of in-cabin algorithms.

Hey Proga, I've been using this website, since someone (sorry) posted it recently.

_20220801_170644.JPG

There were just over a million new shorts taken out on the 26th (Only lists the last 3 days).
We will find out how many were taken out today, about midday tomorrow.
It would help greatly, if we knew how many, if any, are being covered each day..

Were there 23 million shorts taken out on the 16th of June, for the 17th?
Or are you talking about an aggregate attack?

Hi @stuart888!
I can't help you with your LSTM and I can't follow its content. I'm looking up Edge Impulse and stumbled across the for me new term TinyLSTM. Maybe this will help you if you don't already know it:

"Article

On-Device IoT-Based Predictive Maintenance Analytics Model: Comparing TinyLSTM and TinyModel from Edge Impulse
This paper presents the ability of the two real-time tiny predictive analytics models: tiny long short-term memory (TinyLSTM) and sequential dense neural network (DNN). The model (TinyModel) from Edge Impulse is used to predict the remaining useful life of the equipment by considering the status of its different components."

Why did BRN make an announcement regarding the top 20 shareholders and not just release it like normal and why the delay in releasing it? And what are the rules regarding having to make an announcement of any changes to the list?

The rules are probably pretty negligible given that a current list of the top 20 can be observed by anyone via appointment in the boardroom offices. The information is therefore basically considered to be readily accessible to the average person.

Why ANN it? Don't know.
Why the delay? Don't know.
Does it matter? Don't know.
