I remember the Leonardo DiCaprio vid was shared but it may have been on that other site. If someone has a better memory than I we could find out who the legend is behind this YouTube channel. I'm certainly intrigued.

That was here. A few days ago there was another discussion about it, I think. I seem to remember that it was the YouTube channel of the son of one of us. But it could also be that I'm wrong. I seem to remember that someone said he would now follow this channel too. I mean that wasn't long ago and I've skimmed through a few sites but I can't find it again. My memory in summary: One of us replied to the video. And someone else said that it was his son who set up the channel. And one of us is now following this channel. I could be wrong...

A quick google of Cortex-M says: The ARM Cortex-M is a group of 32-bit RISC ARM processor cores licensed by Arm Holdings. These cores are optimized for low-cost and energy-efficient integrated circuits, which have been embedded in tens of billions of consumer devices.

Tens of billions…..let me do the maths, I get back to you with a figure tomorrow.

AKIDA also works with the cloud, don't understand why everyone always speculates on no cloud. It's the perfect security system. Autonomous driving . Cloud fails in the tunnel, disruption, etc. Akida drives on.

It’s really a context thing I think, in ascertaining whether a description about an edge neural network is stating whether the thing that could perhaps be Akida is reliant on the cloud or not.. not so much whether it can be used with the cloud. I think everyone here is looking at that context as one of those differentiators.

I discount Loihi as we know it isn't commercial as yet (maybe never?) but just noticed the event driven camera in their system...look familiar
