For me, (and I have not heard from any contacts for fucking ages, and haven’t asked anyone for anything since the invitation to have a fireside chat with Nige) the most obvious way out of this shit is for AVZ to find a buyer for RD, acceptable to DRC, with them holding their 25%, yes, Cominiere keep the 15% ‘handed’ back by Z for their illegal swap into 15575, Z pays us a decent price for adjusted CDL, Cong might get a few extra pennies, the ML is irrevocably issued as part of the deal, court cases are dropped, the 30% tax for the asset sale is waived, and we all ride off into the fucking sunset with $3 per share

Last I heard, the DRC Govt are no longer wanting to meet with us, Felix was paid $100m by the Chinese for last election, he’s wanting to change the constitution to rule for life and avoid any future prosecution. You might be right. Or disinformed. Could you kindly provide any sources? As per now all seems to be the rumors, which not too reliable.
