You might be right. Or disinformed. Could you kindly provide any sources? As per now all seems to be the rumors, which not too reliable.
By the way I wouldn't consider the final outcome being imminent either.

Last I heard, the DRC Govt are no longer wanting to meet with us, Felix was paid $100m by the Chinese for last election, he’s wanting to change the constitution to rule for life and avoid any future prosecution. Sounds like the making of a true dictator. Not sure where you’re getting your info from, but anything short of full ICSID will be a miracle.
