There are no discussions between the DRC government and AVZ to the knowledge of Cominiere SA. Furthermore, there is no violation of emergency aid as claimed by AVZ. The statement made by AVZ is inaccurate and misleading.

They’ve thrown everything they can behind that communique. tommy turd, boatman, the stooges, cominiere, a couple of eastwood’s aliases and a few other stooges thrown in but not many overall got sucked in when considering it had over 15k views.
Shows how desperate they are getting to try and prevent AVZ’s funding. It will be easy for AVZ’s lawyers (DLA Piper) to disprove the comments made in the communique (and spread by the corrupt stooges) to the ICC and ICSID.
They are trying to block AVZ shareholders from replying after shareholders provided evidence contradicting the communique

Would it be worth sending in a complaint via "Feedback" to the AFR about Tom Richardson? Surely as a prestigious media outlet, they would be interested in ensuring their journalists and tainted by money/bias. I think it's absolutely clear that Tom Richardson has some form of external influence/payments ti cause him to seemingly attack the company like he does.
My problem is I'm not as well versed in his history against the company, and can't connect all the dots to present to the AFR to have them take me seriously.

Many shareholders have contacted the AFR and no reply was forthcoming. It is an absolute disgrace the way this bloke operates.

I’ve no idea who he is Daz so I can’t confirm his credibility.
He sounds connected but who or what can you really believe anymore?
I read somewhere to keep an eye on his posts from an informed poster fighting for our cause.
