For me, (and I have not heard from any contacts for fucking ages, and haven’t asked anyone for anything since the invitation to have a fireside chat with Nige) the most obvious way out of this shit is for AVZ to find a buyer for RD, acceptable to DRC, with them holding their 25%, yes, Cominiere keep the 15% ‘handed’ back by Z for their illegal swap into 15575, Z pays us a decent price for adjusted CDL, Cong might get a few extra pennies, the ML is irrevocably issued as part of the deal, court cases are dropped, the 30% tax for the asset sale is waived, and we all ride off into the fucking sunset with $3 per share

The Roche Dure numbers and area is known .AVZ has done all the work . Spent 10s of million of $$$. It's sitting there like a ripe peach ready to be picked . In the mean time the scumbags steal the North ,drill and build a mine . While this is going on the remaining part of Roche Dure is intentionally left stranded in the hope AVZ go bust and p1ss off . After which Zijin will swoop and steal all of Roche Dure as well . China wants all of it . Always has .imo

Looking at the map, I don't think that RD is included in the slice Zijin stole, but it looks like the border was redrawn to include Lake Likushi in its entirety.
To be able to process, I would think water is required.
So anybody trying to produce from RD is slightly snookered.
Access to power and water is required.

Hi Carlos, I appreciate your posts and your understanding of AVZ situation. I have a question. If you think that DRC will most likely ignore final ICSID decision, what is a reason behind their decision not to take ROCHE DURE, but only CDL ?

I just think we are better off hoping for the best but being mentally prepared for the worst case scenario of endless games like we have seen so far

They took our core library and stole the camp we built as well as the section with the water.
It's a nice camp too but it won't be for long after the Chinese stand on the toilet seats for number 2's and smear shit all over the walls.
The whole thing is a disgrace!

100% agree . However what locking in an ICSID date does is tells the Criminals who run the DRC government that the count down has begun . But you mentioned few times in your previous posts that you think that DRC will ignore final ICSID decision. So which option is more logical to you ? That DRC and Zijin will use ROCHE DURE or CDL as bargaining chip to make a deal or DRC will completely ignore ICSID decision and not make a deal with AVZ, but then we are again coming to a question, why they didn't take everything by now ?

They don't take everything because they know they are in the wrong and acting against the law and the mining code.
Chinese are using delay tactics to steal the Hydro power, build infrastructure and develop CDL.
CDL probably has enough lithium to mine it for 50 years, not to mention control lithium pricing across the globe.
So they will delay AVZ and appeal the damages awards holding everything up for years as they take it.
If they have to pay eventually it won't even matter to them because they already got what they wanted, all from looting and pillaging. So paying a few billion will mean nothing especially since the DRC government will have to foot that bill anyway and all the corrupt fucking assholes who caused this will be living lives of luxury as far away from DRC as possible.

I may be wrong, but, I thought some time ago you said you had like 5k or 10k invested in avz?

If so, bloody hard to cop hearing don't have boistrous hopium.... its much easier to say when you've only invested much smaller amount than plenty on here.

Again, I could be wrong and it wasn't you that said that. Apologies for confusion if so.... please clear the air on that and I'll stop grinding my teeth every time you write it...

It really doesnt matter knowing how much anyone has invested with AVZ, we are all on this journey together no matter what.....everyone is paying a price, some more than others.

Nigel said management would talk about it. Not agree to whatever is offered. If a deal isn't struck the DRC government will play the long game and will ultimately ignore anything that doesn't result in China having direct control over at least the north imo

Sorry if it offends you that I think we need to be realistic about our situation. My first post was months after suspension as I'm not one to comment on trading stocks and the overall tone here and elsewhere from shareholders initially was it'll be sorted in a few weeks and not to worry. Hope is a dangerous thing for sure... but, there's clearly some punters that need hope also... you constantly blow out their candle...

I am lucky, it effects me, but, I have a really good business and it doesn't hurt me other than some time... but, there is some here all in... and in a fragile way that a bit of hope is actually a good thing for them...

I understand the courts will take time, but, that's if the usa and eu don't apply overbearing pressure on the drc... I personally think you're not giving that as big a chance as I feel it is.... in fact everyone on here having a bad day yesterday wasn't giving it much chance...
