I gotta say, I find this whole situation so weird. Like if he works for AVZ can’t they give him access to the admin email? This is personal information, they’re putting a lot of trust in someone who seems pretty immature in his approach in the past and whose twitter profile doesn’t exactly scream professionalism. I don’t know, it feels off to me. I’m not doubting it’s legit but I just don’t understand the angle…

What about ordinary protocols has advanced us to date and stopped the attacks? Do the same things, expect the same outcome.

I'm happy for anything different and proactive (hopefully).

I used to have shots at Deboss, and shots at Jens too. I’ve since realised they have more integrity and have done more to support AVZ than most other shareholders.

Jens is on Twitter every day fighting against every one of the corrupt actors that have been trying to fuck AVZ and all AVZ shareholders, and Deboss among other things is responsible for the great video of our project and the camp.

One poster here who seems to be posting regularly (including posting 4 days in a row how many days we’ve been in suspension) recently asked what can Deboss bring and what’s his background apart from spamming. I’m pretty sure every long term shareholder knows Deboss and and what he can bring.

Shareholders know there’s people on here posting glib comments with undertones of fueling discontent against the BOD, mixed with asking questions but never actually providing information that actually supports the company.

Shareholders also know the AGM is coming around and all the corrupt actors are still out there plotting their next move against the BOD. I’m glad Deboss is taking a proactive role, and he’s worth more than the $1 per annum he’s getting paid.

You can trust he’ll do a good job @protoje
and he’s more trustworthy than a few others on here. This video is Deboss’s handy work

I would say it's more to direct the constant phone calls/emails that go to HQ away from Nige, Ben, and members of the BoD and allow deBoss to enquire on our behalf, as a single point of contact, then send out summary QandA to all who have provided an email address

The Company will still make announcements of it's own volition, and it allows the team to get on with fucking business instead of having to answer the phone to 100 calls a day

Since the start of the Biden-Harris Administration in January 2021, the U.S. government, in support of the Prosper Africa Initiative, has closed 1,695 deals valued at $63.5 billion in 41 African countries. In the calendar year 2021, at the start of the Biden-Harris Administration, the U.S. Government facilitated 262 deals valued at $3.1 billion. Just in the last six months of 2024, the U.S. Government facilitated 401 deals valued at $32.5 billion, indicating a significant increase in economic engagement between the U.S. and African countries, and fostering noteworthy economic growth and partnership across the continent.

“Under President Biden’s leadership, we are ensuring that our engagement with Africa is not only about numbers but about sustainable, inclusive growth. This increase in closed trade and investment deals over the past four years signifies our all-in on Africa dedication to long-term and lasting partnerships that support shared prosperity,” said Frances Brown, Special Assistant to President Biden and Assistant for African Affairs at the National Security Council.

“This growth is a testament to the robust partnerships we have cultivated across Africa. The data reflects the ongoing U.S. commitment to catalytic trade and investment partnerships that mutually benefit the U.S. and African economies,” said British Robinson, Coordinator of Prosper Africa. “Our work opens doors for both American and African businesses to advance sustainable trade and economic development across the continent.”

The data was compiled by Prosper Africa, a presidential and national security initiative aimed at increasing and catalyzing two-way trade and investment between the U.S. and African countries, and represents deals from 17 U.S. Government agencies working throughout Africa.
