Just got off the phone with Wa Courts, case has been vacated and will no longer proceed accordingly to clerk. She wouldn’t divulge why but will help save cash for avz.

The last time it was rescheduled (from April to June) the reason was also that the case had been vacated. I guess we'll soon find out whether it's pushed back again or dropped for good.
If a case is vacated does that mean theres no judgment on who needs to pay? ie if AVZ won then they most probably would be awarded that Fat tail pay our legals. Is this a sneaky way that Fat Tail wasted our time and money and doesn't have to pay up?Where is Fat Tail? They started the case.
Has Fat Tail vacated, coz they went to Costa Rico?
Is Vacated the same as evaporated?

Think you’ve hit the nail on the head there Doc, these guys are out to destroy our business (but I’m told they’re hurting for money and zero traction like we saw in agm voting). Obviously a distraction but good to see the back of them if that’s the case

My (simplistic) understanding about a decision being vacated in the context of the Supreme Court of Western Australia is that the presiding magistrate made a ruling, but subsequently set it aside. Unfortunately, we are not privy to the back story on why it was set aside. Maybe something about Fat-Arse Holdings submitting a forged document written in Chinese.
Regardless, there is nothing stopping the three stooges from hoovering-up their erectile dysfunction medications and re-filing a new action, minus the forged documents.

That would be a massive dump . Image after all the donuts and pastries and pasta and milk shakes and glazed baby back ribs dripping in a honey sauce followed by half lemon meringue pie drowning in whipped cream . That's one hell of a dump . Gina could be an absolute weapon if she wanted to be . IMO

Love this!! Give it to them under one condition! One simple condition! Give us back our legally owned AVZ!
It's just a distraction while they(china) secure/steal Africa's Mineral deposits. Once they have what they need they will tell Australia to go f--k itself . Manono 2 Billion tonnes of high grade Lithium will just be one of many . Then it wont be long before they have a strangle hold on market prices . World War 3 anyone ?
