When you think of the bigger picture of our enemies then maybe it’s enough to refresh it only ten times a day instead every 5 minutes, but I know hope dies at latest

Zijin knew they will lose the case before they started, cominiere knew it, the drc knew it, china knew it, the world knew it. It was only a delay tactic to increase our money burn rate. The icsid orders have not been accepted. The 2 x 7 days are long over. Our real problem is not cominiere or the Chinese, it’s the highest people in the drc government especially the president. Ask yourself, would you handle something that way if you are really interested in your reputation? I doubt it. In my opinion in their heads is the thinking that they have the resources and the other need to come to the table, that thinking limits our possible pressure. Saudis or china doesn’t care about corruption, they will buy what they need with their money. The EU signed a MoU with our shit in the background, if they really invest or looking elsewhere like rawanda is the question.
For me the zijin announcement will change nothing, only a MoU or a ML would.

Hope I’m wrong but I see 2 options to stay in the „game“:

Locke 20 million with potential delisting and fighting through the icsid for many years, or trade again and make a horrible CR. To hopefully get enough money to fight for years and the payment of the huge salaries of our managment. My last hope is that a potential new owner of 13359 have to make a payout deal one day because of our icsid case for a settlement.

The only puzzle piece that don’t match in my opinion is that 13359 is still in no new hands or a new JV. Is it a tactic to strand the asset and get online with the north as fast as possible? They even stole our drilling results.

But I’m interested in all your thoughts, who still believes we will secure a ML?

My French is crap but I assume "Introduction" means a first hearing or appearance as apposed to "Affaires en Continuation"

We can't trade again. We are in involuntary suspension until ownership issues are sorted because we can't comply with listing rules.

That is wrong, we are in suspension because of a lack of information we gave the asx, most of them in relation to the dathomir dispute. We could relist if we give the asx the informations. We are not in a asx suspension because of the ownership, that was the reason for the voluntary suspension. A relist would take 1-3 months.

If the DRC accept the ICC ruling and kick zijin out then I would be very bullish without a MoU/ML yet. But it’s highly unlikely that this is going to happen. I know that a lot people hope that the ICC verdict against zijin opens the way for a MoU. I would spend everyone a bottle bubbly if this happens!

We don't want to provide that information because we don't want confidential discussions leaked, "prior to resolving the prevailing uncertainty with regards to the nature of Dathcom's mining and exploration rights to the Manono Project."

So I change my statement to:
"We can't trade again. We are in involuntary suspension until ownership issues are sorted because we won't comply with listing rules."

We won’t give the answer to the question because of the shit that happened to don’t give the enemies some informations. But we could and then the suspension would end. But it wouldn’t make sense because we would crash to hell and are open for a cheap hostile takeover. But if locke refuses to pay the money then we have two options. Running out of money and can’t pay the legal fees for the cases. Then we are dead. Nothing for no one. Or we relist to have access to the market for a CR. If we don’t get a MoU/ML to stabilize the price, we only have locke, relist for CR or dead. In the worst worst case that is quickly nearing a relist is better than dead. Access to one cent or none cent? I know what I would prefer. Depends on locke. Maybe they waiting for the zijin verdict.
