Good time to remind shareholders and FIRB of the Chinese involvement and how they offered Leonard Math and Peter Huljich millions of shares to roll our BOD.

The trouble is, Chinese names weren’t to be mentioned in this, even though Simon Cong and Bin Guo were named by Math as being directly involved.

We also have plenty of evidence that Tommy has colluded with short seller Boatman and Klaus Jerkof to undermine AVZ.

Time for shareholders to email another round of information to FIRB and add Yibin to the list

If Yibin do vote against the BoD but the BoD still succeed...then the CATH TIA is dead and Mr Pei and CATH wont get any offtake.

CATH is a JV owned by CATL and Mr Pei.

CATH TIA will be dead if Yibin support MMGA

They haven't. At one stage, those 2 parties declared their holdings as related (which they are by various associations, the main one being they are chinese )

I see MMGA have put this on their website, so gloves are off, and CATH has got off the fence and sided with Z

This is precisely why you don't put all your eggs in a chinese basket
