Imo, if the BoD raises fund at 10c, they might as well give up the fight now against #FuckZJ coz that would be a better outcome than raising at 10c.

They talked about medium term in the going concern. Now it's near term working capital then frameworks to raise further capital for progressing Manono. The fact that the bod have appointed this firm to lead efforts to raise funding doesn't give me much hope that an MoU is imminent.

G'day fellow AVZers... Oct has been massive...

• Completed the 2023 Spring Shitbox Rally from Port Douglas to Adelaide,
• Drove from Adelaide to Newcastle,
• Currently driving from Newy to Perth to attend the AGM,
• Have voted according to the BOD recommendations,
• Hopefully meet some AVZ champions at the AGM,
• 70th birthday while in Perth,
• Hopefully heading back to Newy and FNQ with excellent news from the AGM.

Have had sporadic phone reception the last few weeks and this has had a positive impact to any negative AVZ sentiment... All caught up with the latest ploys/angle the enemy have employed and am confident that our BOD have enacted an ethical and methodical approach for a win-win outcome!
