An experiment for my Son - he drinks the stuff. Quite difficult to get close as Canadian Whiskey is a hybrid of malt, wheat, and corn (whiskey vs bourbon) and I make stuff to my own flavour profile rather than copying others. If it tastes good, drink it - otherwise chuck it on oak and wait 5 years.

AVZ said fuck off

Fat Tail went to lower court, and won

AVZ are now appealing re having to supply emails (today

After directions today, it will be pushed to a formal case and might take a while for decision to be bought down, 30 November is a good date for me AVZ will lose but hey, too late
