Why would AVZ be instigating the court proceedings then? Wouldn't Fat Tail have to instigate as AVZ would just say no?

Most likely they are seeking an order for them to stop asking for a copy and to stop whingeing about it on social media. Or possibly fat tail are threatening legal action and AVZ has called their bluff or there has already been a decision in a lower court that AVZ are appealing.

Could it have to do that AVZ is seeking a court order, for whatever reason, to stop the directors of Fat Tail Holdings applying for directorships on the AVZ BoD?
Taken in account when Fait Tail popped up and the speed the court session was organised, it seems to have to do with the upcoming AGM.

Yeah possibly but they probably should have done that before making an official announcement naming them as nominees. Either that or their blatant disinformation particularly around ownership of 13359. And I use disinformation instead of misinformation quite deliberately when referring to this matter. I was basing what I said on the idea that it was relating to the request for a copy of the register but it could be anything.

Worth noting that the deadline for new nominees was yesterday. If this is about the MMGA goons being prevented to run for the BoD and AVZ is successful then it is too late (LOL) for them to nominate anyone else. Timing would be perfect if that is what this is about.

An experiment for my Son - he drinks the stuff. Quite difficult to get close as Canadian Whiskey is a hybrid of malt, wheat, and corn (whiskey vs bourbon) and I make stuff to my own flavour profile rather than copying others. If it tastes good, drink it - otherwise chuck it on oak and wait 5 years.
