Why would the DRC government replace these corrupt people in Cominiere. If they did replace them with competent people how would the DRC government be able to act when the ICC goes against cominiere? They would not be able to sack the new people because that would not be right.

If the DRC can substantiate our 90% stake in Manono and provide us with ML, I believe Nigel will drop all court cases against the DRC.

It's unbelievable that CKK is still in power, possibly by presidential order. What is the true nature of Felix?

Why not simply remove CKK and allow the project to continue? When the ICC/ICSID rule in favor of AVZ, punitive action can still be taken against him.

Time is of the essence; this drawn-out situation is causing significant delays.
