Cominiere made statements many months ago that they are the true owners going back to an agreement in 2008 from memory when they were firing pot shots at AVZ. This is a little more aggressive and will significantly impact BFS if true. Let’s hope it’s bullshit.

Cominiere have always said that we weren't allowed to sign that rehabilitation PPP with the Ministry of Energy as the faciliity wasn't theirs to give - as Cominiere owns it. Whether there's any grounding to that is almost immaterial at this point, as they are taking the position that its fact - and unravelling that will likely not be simple or quick without a seeningly unlikely intercession from on high

Totally unsurprisingly that they've 'given' it to Zijin, who also unsurprisingly, are not withdrawing their efforts re: Manono. Shock horror. They will probably use this wedge to leverage us into accepting their involvement in the project. Without that power, the project is a no-go.

Tackling this legally could put another massive roadblock in the way of the project. They're smart operators, Zijin. Especially with Cominiere and CAMI in their pocket.

It may be an unpopular opinion, however I'm slowly converging towards the stance that we should just accept a 15% Zijin involvement, and pay Dathomir the extra chunk they wanted for their 15%.

It would massively stick in my craw and cause blood to boil, but I just don't see how else we can maneuver through the rapids these guys are putting in our way in a concerted campaign. It could take years to sort through all the shit, and we are pushing back the likely production date already IMO into 2025 - even if we win in the campaign (which isn't certain)

Give those burggers a 30% inch and they'll take it all.

Both NUTS . I like your conviction . Yeh it's a desperado attempt by the looks of it. ML is imminent and Shorters want to put enough uncertainty out there and trigger a massive dump on open . IMO

Being overseas and unable to attend to a RS doesn't help my feeling of being outside the information bubble, however management are undoubtedly flat out and I don't really want to bug them in phone calls or emails to seek an understanding of what's going on - their time is better spent in fighting the good fight. Frustrating moment in time. Though ultimately I guess I can't do anything to influence the situation thats underway, so in the interim I'll just keep trying to make some sort of sense out of the few snippets that are being promulgated

If its any consolation, i havnt received any PMs from the Perth roadshow, so i am in the dark about alot of things too, but i can assure you, i will be clearing my calendar on the 18/11/22 and attending the AGM at Fraser ballroom , 10 Adelaide Tce, East Perth ( literally 10 minutes away from where i live ) with all the questions i compiled for JAG plus more and i will reveal to ALL in the OPEN FORUM once i get home and compiled.

Thats less than 2 weeks away .
