I really can’t be sure, but I thought that tolateleonard account appeared after the Tolate account? Sort of in response to it?

Doesn’t appear that the account ever posted anything ; certainly no posts come up when you run advanced search on that handle .
There’s a number of banned accounts and their posts are still present.. of course it’s possible that every single one of its posts were moderated over the duration of its existence , but any posts that wasn’t modded would still display on HC .
I had an old account which was banned swiftly many years ago within a few days of being created , the few unmodded posts are still available to view.
The bloke certainly seems to defend Leonard a lot

I would say it's more to direct the constant phone calls/emails that go to HQ away from Nige, Ben, and members of the BoD and allow deBoss to enquire on our behalf, as a single point of contact, then send out summary QandA to all who have provided an email address
