I would say it's more to direct the constant phone calls/emails that go to HQ away from Nige, Ben, and members of the BoD and allow deBoss to enquire on our behalf, as a single point of contact, then send out summary QandA to all who have provided an email address

It's not like the board shouldn't know what type of questions shareholders want to know.
He said in the email that he'd still have to respect confidentiality so I can't see it being anything other than an advocate for board votes, happy to be proven wrong.
I gotta say, I find this whole situation so weird. Like if he works for AVZ can’t they give him access to the admin email? This is personal information, they’re putting a lot of trust in someone who seems pretty immature in his approach in the past and whose twitter profile doesn’t exactly scream professionalism. I don’t know, it feels off to me. I’m not doubting it’s legit but I just don’t understand the angle…
