I won’t say my actual opinion as I’m a struggling shareholder who is struggling during this horror show but he is not someone I find adequate to be considered a board member.

The publication suggested corrupt motives on behalf of Mr Carrick, and that he was conspiring to steal AVZ shares.

My publication and suggestion were false and defamatory. I acknowledge that there was and is no basis for those suggestions.

I unreservedly withdraw those suggestions of corrupt and unlawful conduct on behalf of Mr Carrick, and sincerely apologise to Mr Carrick for any harm or distress my publication may have caused him.

Deboss is top 10 shareholder with approximately 40 million voting rights to bring to the table. Not sure his back ground but given the filthy look and argumentative chat he had with the carrot dick at the last AGM, someone not to mess with despite his small stature.

This is the first time I have heard anyone from the DRC government acknowledge AVZ in any way, maybe things are changing? I have been thinking lately that Felix has used AVZ as leverage to get the west involved because it has. AVZ have woken up the rest of the world to garner its support. With the influence of the west who play by the rules could and will build the DRC into a manufacturing force to challenge china. Just my thoughts
