IGF report ignored, Cominiere actions ignored, creation of Manono lithium Sas ignored, Zijin currently illegally drilling CDL with multiple rig operation , ignored.
At the very least, why hasnt FT ordered all illegal activities to cease until ICC / ICSID forms its conclusions ?
Or even better, why didnt FT summon AVZ BOD to the round table ages ago to discuss the MOU and a path forward to avoid lengthy arbitration deliberations that had multiple consequences, punitive financial damages, further destruction of reputation globally within the mining investment sector, massive delay to his pillar ambition ..........LITHIUM HUB which would create thousands of jobs and boost the DRC balance sheet exponentially.
Lets hope the " wait a while " newly formed Govt, lead by 75% majority FT () gets a brain and a spine and puts a end to this insanity !

Back in November we made a bet where I was banging on about Zijin giving up on their claim for the 15% of Dathcom because they had transferred their 33mil USD to their purported claim of Manono Lithium acquiring 15775. Although to be fair DLA piper agreed with me at the time.

It was a great shame that there wasnt any " question time " at the previous AGM, because it would of been a good opportunity to explore that subject matter at greater depth.
