I appreciate the hopium that world governments are all chatting away behind the scenes about our situation. But mate provide evidence!!!! Why wouldn’t they mention it in an announcement? “ we are in discussions with representatives from US and AU and are using their support to provide avenues for resolution”. You’re tripping ass if you think I believe for a second you know something I don’t but you can’t share it because your so deep in the negotiations it would be insider trading! LOL we are delisted and in suspension and there has been crickets from management but somehow the great silent one has an inside track that only a select few a privy to! Get off it!!!

And that any short term high they get from having the best gossip on social media, could derail any chance we have of a decent outcome.
I have no doubt AVZ would love to share more details to all shareholders. But they are taking a trust no one approach, as they should. You only have to look at what happened at the last roadshow, where important details shared in Perth made it to the DRC before they BOD even got to the next show in Melbourne. Resulting in a reduced level of disclosure at the subsequent shows.

I know i keep banging on about FT , but how on earth has he allowed all this to happen under his watch ?

I mean , i understand that China pretty much rules DRC, but if eradication of corruption was FT mandate, the proverbial " dropped the ball " quotation barely scratches the surface based on the above summary of events!

IGF report ignored, Cominiere actions ignored, creation of Manono lithium Sas ignored, Zijin currently illegally drilling CDL with multiple rig operation , ignored.

At the very least, why hasnt FT ordered all illegal activities to cease until ICC / ICSID forms its conclusions ?

Or even better, why didnt FT summon AVZ BOD to the round table ages ago to discuss the MOU and a path forward to avoid lengthy arbitration deliberations that had multiple consequences, punitive financial damages, further destruction of reputation globally within the mining investment sector, massive delay to his pillar ambition ..........LITHIUM HUB which would create thousands of jobs and boost the DRC balance sheet exponentially.


Lets hope the " wait a while " newly formed Govt, lead by 75% majority FT ( ) gets a brain and a spine and puts a end to this insanity !

That renders all past actions irrelevant and white noise. All the other shit since then is shitfuckery as Plan B for Zijin and their fuckwit mates.

Do you have copies of the decree from MoM that ratified the 15575 split? Really interested to see if it exists

Back in November we made a bet where I was banging on about Zijin giving up on their claim for the 15% of Dathcom because they had transferred their 33mil USD to their purported claim of Manono Lithium acquiring 15775. Although to be fair DLA piper agreed with me at the time.

Based on publicly available information you were right and I was wrong proven by Fasken bullshitting that they will pursue their claims to the 15% through the back alley DRC court system on Zijin’s behalf

The jade pony has been acquired and it is available to be delivered wherever you want at any time upon your request

As I said the other day I agree with management’s current tactic and believe it will result in a positive outcome for shareholders

Without the ASX’s prying eyes a variety of positive outcomes are possible for the mushrooms imo

Mate, you are one smart cookie, way above my pay grade, but correct me if i am wrong , the "waiver of the north " is a grey area, you admitted yourself in the past that you couldnt find any defining docs that confirmed that AVZ BOD had in fact waived that off, Nigel has been vague on the topic too.........on one hand he said " who cares, full of MICA " to........" nope, i didnt waive it, we were tricked "

So , i dont think we can really comment about the north with any great fact, because its as vague as fuck in my opinion

It was a great shame that there wasnt any " question time " at the previous AGM, because it would of been a good opportunity to explore that subject matter at greater depth.

BTW, anything that comes out of MUPANDE gob should be completely ignored, cause he is a corrupt, traitorous arse hole...
