The rules of engagement have somewhat evolved from the historic benchmarks of loose agreements, brown bags and snacks, to becoming globally relevant and worthy of political considerations. Zinjin knows they are relying on validation from dodgy old paperwork, and are determined to find a judicial supporter, anywhere.

Some were making money or increasing holdings by perpetuating doubt through socials, however, also unintentionally increasing awareness of the projects and region to the masses. Everyone is somewhat aware that electricity/batteries will take over, now the curious are looking deeper into where and how.
Africa, including DRC, is wanting to release the mineral worth, and become a global player. Keeping 'by the book', forming healthy alliances and making clear, firm decisions while under merciless international scrutiny, is paramount.
Global sustainability is ever present in mainstream media, as is poverty and human rights, which China never really mastered.
Environmentalists support increasing mining, to prioritise a sustainable future. Also not one of China's strong skills.
The next 36 months could be a game changer for holders, and of international importance to others.
I fucking hope Zinjin doesn't find support, or DRC shy away- that's letting the genie out of the bottle for this project.

Once this all blows over and we have 61-66%, CATH are in with their lot, BFS out, NPV reevaluated, FID done and fully financed full steam into construction instos come out with new valuations an of course we are all very wealthy idiots (according to the trolls).
It will be back to the time for Nigel to do his national victory tour (who could blame them, well deserved).
Who would be up for a word bingo between the states, see who can pry out words like :
Imminent, expidited, within days
We could have a list an record how each meeting goes, bit of a fun pisstake considering we will be deleriously wealthy but also mentally insane at the same time both thanks to management
