or maybe they haven't, and they think it will be close to sorted by dec-jan... so they went with december... guess that's a chance!!!!

Doesn't bode well that we are any closer to having the license or trading again this year. What a joke.

The fact that CATH are willing to wait out so many extensions to the TIA highlights how desperately the need the spod - or they don't want to fork out the $20 million maybe?

"The ICC has informed the parties that it appointed a sole arbitrator.
