This is about the remarkable uses to which the Loihi chip from Intel can be put with the assistance of a spiking neural network added.
It is quite exciting until you get to the bit where it is early research, a lot more work needs to be done and it can only manage vision and possibly with time smell.
Now who can manage vision, smell the other three senses plus Lidar, Radar and ultrasonics and is already commercialised.
Did I mention the truly exciting part this article is dated 1.9.22 and the source article is dated 30.8.22.
So does the three year lead start from the 30.8.22 again???

IMO Tesla should ditch the camera only method lol
I nearly had an accident when I tried out the self driving by the Tesla, they were working fine when everything was in good condition, but when the lanes weren't visible it suddenly turned directions to right so I had to take over lol

Good thing about speculation is you live to speculate another day. But I am still left with the idea that the predictive capabilities of AKIDA next generation with LSTM could help me uncover the answer.Whoopsies, it appears that Electric Intelligence is actually a real thing, as opposed to me thinking it was someone trying to get all jiggy with an English language equivalent for Artificial Intelligence.
