Here is an info from the press:
You can surely remember that the county board in Norrbotten was replaced. He was accused to be too one-sideded for the environmental protection and not to have weighed all areas against each other. This change of position is interpreted in the direction of speeding up the permitting process and pro mines.
Now I have learned that the head of Bergstaaten (exploration permit, processing concession and they will finally ceremonially open the mine) is voluntarily resigning so that she will not be fired. It's about different views internally but also about speeding up processes. This is the second high-ranking manager to be replaced in Norrbotten within a short period of time.
I am staying out of evaluations, but I have the impression that there is an alignment at the highest level according to the new priorities and faster processes.
This does not explain why we have not yet received a processing concession. Personally, I can interpret it in such a way that after the concession for Kallak the next case is ours and this falls exactly in this upheaval in the management. Maybe an indication. I have read this in the newspaper and only reproduce it here (PW). So no warranty.

Other topic:
I add that in the poisoned other place there is way too much lying 🏖️. For example, they tried to convince others that we did not have an exploration permit. I have been dropping by less and less lately and will now completely refrain from doing so. That here was my last comment about that toxic :poop: place. May TMH/HC dry up.

"June 9, 2022

Research permit is extended by one year

The Riksdag has decided on an extended period of validity for research permits due to covid-19.
The changes came into effect on 10 June 2022 and mean that exploration permits that were valid on 1 July 2020 and were still valid on 9 June 2022 will be extended by one year. License holders are thus given the opportunity to carry out work that has not been possible in the past years due to the pandemic.
It is the third time that exploration permits have been extended due to covid-19 through changes in the Minerals Act, previously changes were also made in July 2020 and March 2021.
The permits that were covered by these changes in the law and that were still valid on June 9, 2022, will receive a further one-year extension of validity with the new changes.
The changes do not cover exploration permits that apply to oil, gaseous hydrocarbons or that are based on an application for hard coal and where hard coal has been explicitly stated in the permit.
In the documents linked below, you can see which permits and holders are affected by the extra year.
Licenses sorted by name (opens in new window) (Nunasvaara nr2)
Permits sorted by holder (opens in new window)
No later than August 31, 2022, all holders will be informed by letter regarding which of their permits are affected by the change in law.
Information about the change in the law will also be announced in local newspapers and Post and Inrikes Tidningar no later than August 31, 2022.

That here was my last comment about that toxic :poop: place. May TMH/HC dry up.

This is my opinion in the bar and I don't want to imply anything.
I would like to add here as last something why for me TMH/HC is now completely dead. You already know TMH's personal attacks against one of our avatars.

In the Brainchip group the following article was posted yesterday. I'm not concerned with the substance of what has happened to the company that it has been harmed and what it is doing against it.
But about the fact that The Market Herold which about their Report Card Pty as the operator of hotcrapper is allowing these lies and slander. For whatever reasons 🤔
I recommend reading the article to better understand the system of the other place and my personal decision.

😍 our admin is the best! TMH is automatically changed to ***** and HC of course to hotcrapper. So I did not change that but the system for wise reasons.

"Magnis seeks court order to reveal hotcrapper users’ identities

Tom Richardson
Tom Richardson Markets reporter and commentator
Jul 27, 2022 – 3.53pm

ASX-listed battery manufacturing group Magnis Energy Technologies has lodged a federal court application demanding penny stock message board hotcrapper disclose the identity of 15 anonymous posters it believes disparaged the company.
The July 22 application against hotcrapper operator Report Card Pty Ltd seeks an order to force hotcrapper to disclose the full name and address of each poster in addition to email addresses, any internet protocol (IP) address, the internet service provider, and any social media accounts linked to the hotcrapper accounts.

Magnis refused to comment on the court application, although it’s believed the company is furious over what it sees as a series of malicious and false statements anonymously posted to hotcrapper message boards about Magnis’ management and operating performance.
Some posters named in the court application use anonymous hotcrapper accounts, including Mondrian, Fritzl, Clare69, Rat1973, Sunrock, and Johnyb26. *****************, parent company of hotcrapper, did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
According to court documents, the lawyer for hotcrapper operator Report Card agreed to provide the identification details of the posters in compliance with any court order. However, by July 22, K&L Gates, the lawyers for Magnis, sent further correspondence reiterating the identification request and putting Report Card on notice.

Magnis’ chairman Frank Poullas is named as an applicant in the court request as seeking to pursue a defamation claim.
Australian Securities and Investments Commission has previously made inquiries with Magnis over the trading of its shares. In November 2021, the company issued an ASX statement in response to media coverage denying it was being investigated by ASIC, but conceded inquiries had been made.
The battery tech play reached a share price high of 73¢ on a market value of around $714 million on December 11 as retail investor enthusiasm for anything associated with lithium or electric vehicles peaked, but the stock had crashed back to 31¢ on Wednesday.
Magnis owns New York-based company Imperium3, which it says operates a lithium-ion battery manufacturing project. For the nine months to March 31, it reported zero revenue and an operating cash loss of $17.9 million. Investing cash outflows totalled $23.6 million, with the company reporting cash on hand of $81.8 million as at March 31.

Nowhere to hide

In June 2019 penny stock mining company Flinders Mines successfully obtained an order from the Supreme Court of Western Australia to force hotcrapper to disclose the identity of individual posters on the basis the posters had made allegedly defamatory comments against Flinders Mines stakeholders.

The case highlighted that hotcrapper’s terms and conditions contained provisions that stated it would maintain information about each user’s real identity.

On June 7 ASIC announced Gabriel Govinda, a hotcrapper poster using anonymous online identity Fibonarchery, had pleaded guilty to 23 charges of unrelated stock manipulation and 19 charges of illegal dissemination of information relating to manipulation.

ASIC said the charges were in relation to hotcrapper posts and Mr Govinda now faces a maximum penalty of 10 years’ jail, alongside a fine up to $765,000.

On June 5, the Federal Court of Australia ordered Twitter to disclose the identity of anonymous account @PRGuy17 so Melbourne-based social commentator Avi Yemini could pursue a defamation action against him.

While former NSW deputy premier John Barilaro was awarded $715,000 on June 6 in defamation damages from YouTube-owner Google, after a user named Jordan Shanks posted multiple videos defaming Mr Barilaro.

The case saw Justice Steven Rares reject Google’s arguments that it should not be liable as a publisher because it did not create the content. Legal commentators have suggested both Google and Twitter will now move faster to censor user content in Australia.

One thing MT today failed to discuss was our other sweet smelling critical investment

The Australian Lavender Growers Association
I have also sometimes ended up with them in the search. The other is disturbing selfies of mostly Asian girls or boys. Talga seems to have a special meaning there. 😐

We here in Germany are quite spoiled when it comes to good beer. I have never had the idea to go to this store.
IMG20220803193631.jpg

I will catch up on that this weekend. Which Australian beer brands do you find best?
The store is packed with all kinds of stuff from down under. I'm excited to see what they have to offer.

What a cool find @cosors, I hope you enjoy you visit to ‘Australiana’.

Gage Roads Atomic is my favourite craft beer. And Tooheys New is my go to easy to drink draft beer. And although the Tooheys brand is owned by a NewZealand company, it is still brewed in Australia and I regard it as one of our own.

Thanks for your tips! I will have a look at the store on Saturday. I'm also running out of BBQ sauces and the little store is unfortunately closed for good. But I had a brilliant Australian sauce about a year ago. Let's see maybe I'll do an Aussie night then!

Bottom right hand corner there is a case of Coopers XPA. I think that is around 5.3% alcohol so a good beer to cruise into a Summer evening with.

If you want to make a good BBQ sauce buy a mediocre one and add a half a teaspoon of Vegemite to a small amount of BBQ sauce. Stir it around and taste. That will Ozzy it up. It adds a certain umami to it. I use it to baste pork spare ribs over charcoal on my offset BBQ.

I think this has stuck with me for all time and I will remember it;) It seems to be a true miracle cure I will keep my eyes open for it. I usually make everything myself whether spice mixes or even ketchup or sauces. They taste really good but they rarely come close to the good store-bought ones. This helper could be the solution to combine the flavors and make a unity out of it. Umami I love!
The beer what you mention has hopefully not only alcohol but also tastes! Thanks for your tips!

Coopers generally tastes pretty good. It is brewed in Adelaide so it might be a bit cloudy (not very clear) as they have strange water down there.

Adelaide is the serial killer capital of Australia and there are many people who have gone missing over the years. We in other states attribute their cloudy water/beer to the dead bodies being hidden in the various waterways. If you just ignore that it will all be fine

Hey be careful what you say, I'm from Adelaide 🤣 I don't disagree about the water though....Coopers pale ale is good but their sparkling ale is next level. 5.8% too!

Here try this

Aussie BBQ Sauce

12-12-02_AussieBBQSauce While the act of barbequing is a very Australian activity, BBQ sauce generally comes from a plastic bottle… yikes. This Aussie twist uses a pinch of Vegemite for a savory, salty kick – and the most Aussie of all fruits, the mango, for sweetness. Australia, meet BBQ sauce, I think you’ll get along just fine.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 c tomato passata
  • 2 Tbsp molasses
  • 2 Tbsp tomato paste
  • 1/4 c apple cider vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp dijon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tsp sweet paprika
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp Vegemite*
  • 1/4 c mango puree, from fresh mango
  • 1 Tbsp whiskey, optional...................bullshit.................this is not optional at all
METHOD:

Combine all ingredients in a small sauce pan. Simmer 20 minutes until thick.

Pour into serialized bottle to store. Keeps in fridge for 2-3 weeks. Freeze any leftovers in a small ice cube tray so small portions can be defrosted.

Use to top sandwiches and burgers, or as a marinade for meat prior to cooking over hot coals – no matter what you call it.

*COOK’S NOTES:

  • Vegemite: if you don’t have access to Vegemite, marmite or another similar spread, simply use a splash of soy sauce, tamari, worcestershire sauce or even dark beer.

Thanks, I will try the recipe and of course don't forget the whiskey!
If I want a smoke flavor in the BBQ sauce I add either smoked paprika or if it should be stronger Liquid Smoke. This is available here in Asia shops. Now I will first try to find Vegemite. But I see that there is something comparable also as a German product. I have only never noticed it in the supermarket:
https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Yeast_extract#Vitam-R

Finally, we are talking about the really important issues here! 🤗😁

I want to buy an Australian whiskey as a gift for a good friend in the store tomorrow. And I do not know myself there at all. Which of these whiskies can you recommend? I mean of course not the one for 1000€ 😅

Mate this is the largest alcohol retailer in Australia. Their web page also has customer reviews of their products. I use it to select different wines from time to time based on the reviews which do seem to be legitimate as there are some really really bad reviews in fact alot for some wines. So they don't seem to censor anything.

Here is the Australian Whisky page. If the ones in your shop are any good they will be reviewed here.....

That XPA from Coopers does not get very good reviews but others from Coopers get very good reviews (Reviews are toward bottom of page usually)

The "Red" Sparkling Ale and the "Green" Original Pale Ale are fairly popular here. As with all beer shipped 1000s of kms I'd also check the Best Before Date. By the way Montieth is from New Zealand so not sure why that is there

In the background they have VB (Victoria Bitter). It's OK but there are better beers. James Squire also on display but I'm not familiar with their "Chances" variety. James Squire 150 Lashes is very popular here.

I see they have BBQ Shapes as well. Buy some of those to go with your afternoon beer. They are small crisp savoury biscuits sprinkled with seasoning. This is what is in them......

Vegetable Oil, Salt, Tomato Powder, Yeast, Garlic, Parsley, Sugar, Worcestershire Sauce, Onion Powder, Baking Powder, Natural Flavour, Vegetable Protein Extract (from Maize), Malt Extract ...

Check the reviews here again towards bottom of page for Coopers Beer

The Vegimite is a must have. But use only a little. They might have some open so you can try it first ? Try a tiny bit (half the size of your smallest fingernail) on your tongue

The Ketchup (we usually just call it tomato sauce) has a little bit of heat in it

As for the Bundaberg Lemonade well you don't get more Australian than Bundaberg (Queensland) as that is where a lot of sugar cane is grown so they also make Bundaberg Rum which would be perfect for a German winter evening so pre Christmas for that. Generally it is either drunk straight or more often mixed with Coca Cola (here in a Pub you would ask for a "Bundy and Coke")
