Trail mine is long over and I believe the land has been restored to prove it's possible to restore the land. I'm not certain on the trail mine volume but my head remembers 27kt of ore, enough for 6t Talnode-C

Hi All, Can someone confirm if we are still producing from the ‘trial’ mine over this summer? And if so what volume? And finally how much stock pile do we have?
Thx 🙏

Trial mine is closed and being rehabilitated with the re-moss project. Nothing more coming out of the ground until 2027.

The stockpile should be enough for 5000-6000t of anode material.

I will be doing my annual pilgrimage to Arctic Sweden in two weeks time. This coincides with the final snow melt and seeing the back sides of the fleeing Talma reindeer herds. They and their motorised herders will have vacated the area around the graphite mine site by now.
Will visit the Nunasvaara mine site when I am visiting my relatives in Vittangi. And to hopefully ascertain if there is any preparation for further mining taking place for the first limited off take.
Happy days!!

"Nyobolt raises $30m for AI datacentre power

News | April 16, 2025
...
This will accelerate the advancement of Nyobolt’s proprietary Niobium and tungsten-based oxide battery anode technology to move into AI datacentre backup power systems as well as EV, electric trucks and industrial robots.

The technology can provide up to 20x more power than traditional lithium ion cells with a 20C charging rate to charge in minutes and cut downtime for even the most power-intensive applications. The tungsten is sourced from Germany and the niobium from Brazil, avoiding the issues of sourcing cobalt and nickel for NMC cells.

I haven't seen a term sheet yet but placement will likely be:
38c again, 19% discount to last close
$10MM institutional, $5MM SPP, more options. Another 50MM shares dilution

Doesn't bode well that the best pump they could come up with prior to a capital raise is an offtake between mates for 3% of planned capacity

Well, so much for my theory/hope that a CR can be avoided due to payments from Nyobolt. Ohh well.. :(

Pretty small raise in the scheme of things Semmel.. doesn't give more than a six month cash runway really. The company needs to maintain a margin of safety and comfort from a financial stand point. To me it indicates Talga is expecting company making announcements regarding everything we all know we're waiting on to occur within that time. Not a disaster, or anything to be too concerned about in my book.

I expect the same, with or without the CR. Its hard for talga. If we were a profitable company, the delays caused by swedish burocracy would be just that, delays. But in our case, it's our blood leaking out. I understand the CR is necessary for Talga to survive, no disagreement at all. Annoying how much needless damage this bureaucratic rigmarole did. Let's hope this is the last CR we need for survival.

spoiler: it won’t be
Everyone knows there will be more shares issued goose. The details of how many and to whom will be judged by the market when it happens. I would suggest that announcement when it comes will be company making.

The market reaction on the CR seems a bit panicky in my opinion. Before the raise of 10M AUD, Talga had a market cap of 200M AUD. So an issue of 5%, but we see a drip of 10% to 12% at moment. Does not feel justified.

Ok, after considering the market.. NVX is down 15% and SYR is down 8% today. This drop of 12% might not entirely be related to the CR, but I have no clue what's going on with the market
