Hi Guzzi,

My input re your question comes with the disclaimer that I have absolutely no idea of what I’m talking about. Whilst Dio talks about electrons, memristors and weights my mosquito trap discusses salt, rum, sticks and rocks; so we are on completely different levels. :)

I am heavily invested in Brainchip and I am very confident with where it’s at.

Do you believe in the technology, e.g. is it fake?

If it’s real is there a need for it? I think yes.

Are companies taking it up? NASA, Mercedes and the long list FF has produced appears to be.

Is the Brainchip run by reputable leading professionals? I think yes.

Is there money to sustain Brainchip until it becomes self sustainable/profitable? From memory about $50 million.

Do I see Brainchip going bankrupt/bust or failing? No. We are at the leading edge of a revolutionary technology. I see it being taken up by at least the EAP’s who have heavily invested to get it operational in their products. Reality is, there might be an unknown technology about to come out which surpasses Akida, I doubt it. And if it does I am hopeful it is Akida 2000. But it would be foolish to think it couldn’t happen. Look at VHS vs Beta! Beta was actually the better product but VHS won that battle. This is why I agree with Mr. Hehir’s philosophy of getting Akida out there as quickly as possible so it becomes the defacto standard!

Is the Brainchip moving from R & D to commercialisation? Again yes.

So my opinion is that Brainchip is moving from virtually no income to large commercial agreements. That equates to me a rise in the share price.

In reality it will take time but the possibilities are massive.

However Brainchip might just make a little profit and only double or triple my investment. To me it still means over the course of the next 5 years the SP will go up and much more than the bank can offer me. Even if we were to be bought out (which I very very highly doubt) that would have to be profitable or else the Shareholders would say no.

So for the next 5 years at least I consider Brainchip to be a good investment with potential to be an ASX unicorn over a longer period.

Your personal circumstances dictate how much you can afford to lose and your personality etc determines your mindset and how much you are prepared to put at risk.

I wish I could speak to how super etc works but my super legislation won’t let me touch mine. That legislation changes in November so I’ll see where the SP is around then as to what action I take as I will need financial and tax advice to give me some guidance also. I am confident in the company at it’s current SP but it’s got to mathematically make sense to make the change.

Good Luck and remember: ”I know nothing!”
S, my rationale has always been pretty simple. Look for red flags.
- promises, with no delivery
-dilution, with no progress
-excessive bonuses, with toy hurdles
-competition swamping ur product/ip/patents, and leaving u well behind.
-debt levels that become intractable
-little, or no market uptake, with minimal possibilities
I'm seeing none of this. With a buy in price in the low single digits, I've seen nothing but green flags for nigh on 6 yrs. It's been a rocky ride, but thru patience, has held me in good stead. Hold the faith. The fun has not even started.

RF CMOS SoCs welcome Wi-Fi sensing standard 802.11bf

BY MASAKAZU URADE
COMMENT 1
Print Friendly, PDF & Email
In 2024, the IEEE will unveil a new Wi-Fi standard—802.11bf—with specifications that will turn wireless devices into sensors capable of collecting data about people and objects by calculating how they disturb the signals bouncing around a physical space. Established Wi-Fi devices will become part of networks used to determine the location and interactions of humans and objects within a particular area.

The new standard will mark a significant shift in data transmission as sensors assume an integral role in how the information will be captured, deciphered, and utilized. It will also make Wi-Fi sensing ubiquitous and encourage the creation of innovative connected systems and applications that benefit from highly-integrated sensor technologies.

A wide range of applications will benefit from this sensor manifestation of the Wi-Fi network. Source: Socionext

Below are some of the use cases that can benefit from an RF CMOS-based SoC:

  1. Broadcasting: Streaming video directly on TVs, mobile devices, and in-vehicle infotainment systems.
  2. LPWA networks: Transmission of various sensing data from IoT devices using wireless communications.
  3. Ka-band satellite communications: Connectivity anytime, anywhere.
  4. Vehicle-to-everywhere (V2X): Vehicle-to-vehicle and vehicle-to-infrastructure communications for supporting autonomous driving.
  5. 79 GHz RF radar: Support for advanced driver assistance system (ADAS) applications.
  6. 24 GHz RF radar: Enables detection of suspicious individuals and approaching objects and automatically triggers an alarm and video recording before an incident occurs.
  7. 60 GHz RF radar: Multiple antennas such as 2TX and 4RX MIMOs and wide bandwidth FMCW chips can perform various sensing functions like detecting the position of multiple persons within the vehicle. It can also detect vital signs, which helps prevent drivers from accidentally leaving babies, children, or pets alone in a car.

What about this vessel for you that has been seized? Plenty of space on transome for "AKIDA"
I would love this but then I would have to employee people to crew it for me and listen to them say ‘ I almost brought some shares in Brainchip’ and ‘ what’s a Neuromorphic chip anyway’.

SynSense + BMW

Could it be Akida?

Imo opinion it is either a cloud cockpit, a research chip or hey Akida and potentially by a third party.

As FF says "BMW just keep popping up" and brainchip know who their competitor's are.

I wonder if Vlad is aware of Brainchip.

Top 20
Evening fellow Brners, found something interesting, sorry if posted already. Uiux posted something about a month ago on the brainchip story thread something interesting about the editing and reviewers names of an article written by Brainchip. - A Review of Current Neuromorphic Approaches for Vision, Auditory, and Olfactory Sensors.
What i also found interesting is the impact of this is spread to interesting locations around the world!! I will try to Google map to get a closer look at the actual locations.

Gotcha  I'm looking forward to my purchase.

Ermahgerd is a humorous version of the phrase oh my god, written as though pronounced with a heavy influence of extra Rs. It's meant to imitate the sound of someone speaking through a retainer.
