Someone in the German forum mentioned that this is the usual pump before the quarterly reports and that the capital raise will cause the share price to smash it down significantly. Could someone with expertise here, such as Dingo, Pom, ESQ, or others, provide an informed response to this statement? Thanks in advance!
The trend up started in September'24 so its a long pump. Doubt its about the quarterly alone.
Having said that there might be some buying in anticipation of revenue but we have by now been well and truly conditioned to low revenue.
The shorts have been selling into strength the last few days especially. They have been conditioned to sell into BRN market strength.
The uptrend is more likely the news since September with the M.2 involvement with Cybersecurity only game in town being most recent.
Lets hope it continues. The news is likely just some of the engagements starting to bear fruit plus new product developments as clients get serious about what they want. All look good.

Posted these thoughts the other day elsewhere but thought bring them over now have some time.

Just as an update with some additional notes to prev post.

Just a basic stripped back chart below to highlight a possible pattern to watch that coukd be forming.

Basic notes on chart but also look at indicative resist on the above second chart for 22/1 around the mid 40s and the peak of the left lip on the below chart.which would form the neckline. Bit to go to form or fail but worth monitoring.

That was way too smart and professional answer … appreciate that!
But do you have also something like..”get the he..ll outaa hereeee F…in down ramper, playing the concerned investor!!!”

I see our friends at QV were also awarded a small contract for a Ph I SBIR in Aug last year with end date around April this year.

This one for the Missile Defence Agency for a Cyber Threat Hunter....wonder if Akida will be part of the solution on this one too given the recent info on CyberNeuro-RT.

Can find it in this thread ;)

Just realized yours was for the MDA....

What's the bet that MDA wants to protect their neuromorphic satellite payloads and the space based infrastructure with neuromorphic cyber security.......

https://thestockexchange.com.au/threads/hypersonic.1094/

Quantum Ventura also teamed with Lockheed Martin for "Hypersonic Threat Detection" using bio-inspired processing, neuromorphic computing and Advanced AI

Also interesting is this one which seems more focused on sensors:

Autonomous Missile Detection using Bio-Inspired Sensors

OBJECTIVE:

Develop innovative designs for a bio-inspired sensor that is optimized for autonomously detecting, identifying, tracking, and reporting dim missile threats in cluttered and noisy scenes.

It's interesting when it references research from a Thomas Petty:

Abstract
An optical information collection system includes a neuromorphic sensor to collect optical information from a scene in response to change in photon flux detected at a plurality of photoreceptors of the neuromorphic sensor. A sensor stimulator stimulates a subset of the plurality of photoreceptors according to an eye movement pattern in response to a control command. A controller generates the control command that includes instructions to execute the eye movement pattern

I didn’t ask for a smart answer ✋ Australian answers hits different
Well that shows you have misunderstood my answer. I was stating that there are also smart people on that forum too and that the chatter at times can go in either direction now and then. Meaning don't sweat the small stuff. You don't want to start flooding the forum over there with gifs. If you cannot answer someone over there I'm sure someone else on that forum can because I've seen some good answers and responses over there.

I find it very interesting that Akida has been omitted from the graph. On purpose? Or haven’t they heard of Brainchip? I doubt it

Real time Cybersecurity will be a major market for Brainchip.

It will require constant vigilance in the generation of new fingerprint models as the hackers develop new techniques.

It runs on Akida 1, but perhaps Akida 2 can bring additional improvements.

I'm not sure of the complexities of retrofitting to legacy processors via a USB stick instead of the M2 board for those of us who only use lefthanded screwdrivers.

PS: I once had a ratchet screwdriver, but everyone said "It's a poor workman that blames his tools."

Hi TopCat,

we can 100% exclude that they haven’t heard of BrainChip, as two of the researchers who collaborated on the publication in Nature had/have connections to our company:

47CD7643-B907-4B4C-8E12-AAE907DAB1A8.jpeg

Gert Cauwenberghs (UC San Diego) was on the BrainChip Scientific Advisory Board from 2015-2017…

52979EC2-D2AE-4496-82DB-9AA0C88A8D58.jpeg

… and Cory Merkel is Assistant Professor of Computer Engineering at Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT), which joined the BrainChip University AI Accelerator Program in November 2022:

1071EF45-966E-48A2-A9FA-0864004A22E7.jpeg

Also, Cory Merkel and lead author Dhireesha Kudithipudi (University of Texas-San Antonio) “have been long-time collaborators from when she was a professor in RIT’s Kate Gleason College of Engineering.” (until 2019)

And some of the other neuromorphic researchers listed are definitely at least aware of BrainChip… So there must be another reason for the omission.

Below the image you posted it says “This is a subset of publicly announced neuromorphic chips/subsystems”.

The publication itself (behind a paywall) might provide an explanation?
Could it have to do with the fact that the researchers seem to have focused on the development of future large-scale neuromorphic systems in this publication, whereas BrainChip was viewed to target only or primarily the extreme Edge AI market?

Thanks for repeating, but I already understood. Are you German, if I may ask? Or do you live in Germany?

3U VPX SNAP Card

Bascom Hunter’s SNAP Card (Spiking Neuromorphic Advanced Processor) is a high-performance 3U OpenVPX AI/ML processor built for rugged, mission-critical environments. The card is SOSA-aligned, HOST-compatible, and conduction cooled. It combines a Xilinx UltraScale+ RFSoC FPGA with five BrainChipAKD1000 spiking neuromorphic processors to achieve the best of both signal processing and neuromorphic computing – featuring a total of 6million neurons and 50 billion synapses across the card. Unlike traditional machine learning accelerators such as GPUs or TPUs, neuromorphic processors are designed to mimic the biological efficiency of the human brain, allowing the SNAP Card to run multiple ML models in parallel at exceptionally low power — just 1W per model — without sacrificing speed or accuracy while the FPGA enhances input/output operations and performs any desired signal processing tasks. This combination in a rugged, interoperable, and military-hardened package makes Bascom Hunter’s SNAP Card the ideal solution for the concurrent and parallel processing of real-time, multi-modal, and multi sensor data on autonomous, unattended, denied, or otherwise battery constrained military systems.
