Time-of-flight needs a transceiver (radar, lidar, ultrasonic), and BRN does not do this per se.

Onsemi does do automotive radar mainly for external navigation. I haven't seen any in-cabin radar from Onsemi (but I didn't look very hard).
In the video, Nandan also mentions TOF sensors + Anti Spoofing use case.
