This is just someone who is prepared to do what it takes to ensure they’re right on the pulse with their investment. Instead of whinging daily that they’re not spoon fed, and their personal timelines haven’t been met. This is only done because the company doesn't provide enough info itself.
Quite shocking the lengths a shareholder has to go to to stay informed about a company they part own.
WOW
Material Impact is different than Material Nature.Hello All,
I was just reading through the 2022 Annual Report that came into my email today and on p2, in Viana's Letter From The Chair, he makes the statement:
"Our Board of Directors grew in 2022 with the addition on Duy-Loan Le. Her early contributions have already made a material impact."
Does anyone know what her material impact was? And, isn't anything of a material nature something that needs to be made known public by way of ASX announcement?
Looks like renesas spam themselves ?It's spam
Hi Newk R,Uhmm...perhaps???? I don't think so. Res0lution 6 & 7...Performance based share rights....what performance...??? They won't tell us. Why would you vote yes. And what about resolution 8?? Gift 8 million shares?????
Implications for SNN
Just read the abstract and noticed:It's definitely interesting, but it's a research project at Polytecnico di Millano and probably far away from commercialisation. Just look at how long it took Brainchip from final design of Akida 1000, to gain traction and being designed into other products. We also have to consider that this is a first prototype and many more steps of refinement may be needed.
It's produced on top of a CMOS that is controlling the neural net, probably a good way to stabilize the thin and fragile 2D layer, but it probably makes it harder to integrate with other technology. It's apparently compatible with the existing production technology, which makes it much easier to get to market, than when you have to invent new technology for production.
I suppose that it's still several years into the future, before this hits the market, but it's worth to keep an eye on and see if there's any indication to the performance of the device.
So what standards do you think the company is performing to and why?Looking forward to hearing your questions.
And I'm also looking forward to hearing you tell the Co that they are not performing to your standards (whatever those are)!
How does finding information all over the internet and trying to join the dots equate to being right on the pulse of your investment? The company should be providing clear updates to shareholders. Not people posting and saying, if I'm right, I hope, this must be us, wouldn't it be great... Why is it so hard for the company to provide clear and concise information to shareholders? Then everyone is on the same page and is receiving the same information. This is just someone who is prepared to do what it takes to ensure they’re right on the pulse with their investment. My only response/hope is that there is performance based on NDA’s that we aren’t privy to.Uhmm...perhaps???? I don't think so. Res0lution 6 & 7...Performance based share rights....what performance...??? They won't tell us. Why would you vote yes. And what about resolution 8?? Gift 8 million shares?????
NO not at all. But why can't you cop an alternative view that just might resonate because it has truth running through it?Let's all just sit here and whinge and carry on like grumpy old pork chops then. That sounds like fun!

Some users get very repetitive to listen to and keeps harping about lack of information. In my view it's essentially not in the spirit of the 1000 eyes, that loves a good treasure hunt for information and in that way keeping an information advantage over the general market.
So, now I'm going to test out this "Ignore" function and see how well it works to clean up the feed:

You conveniently forgot 0 share price appreciation over the last 17 months.I used to do it on HC where the trolls were obvious, but now the water is muddy with "real holders" who have nothing better to do than complain about everything. There's also posters who have stayed silent after joining at the start of last year and now their only post history is negative comments. Really hard to spot...not.
I don't see how we are getting a balanced discussion if it's just them pointing out their expectations haven't been met.

I don’t know why, confidentiality clauses, NDA’s whatever, but that is how they operate. We all know it, it’s been happening for a long time so adapt and source what you can to confirm your investment or find an alternative. We would all love a constant stream of info, but for a company just getting going with some of the most disruptive technology ever I am not surprised things are kept very close to their chest. Some can accept that and get on with things, and some dribble the same noise daily because it doesn’t suit them personally. Sean has copped a lot of criticism but in 18 months he has re-branded the company, changed the business model and his strategy is clear, and it’s playing out. An ever expanding ecosystem that will eventually reach explosion point. And his confidence in yesterdays edge impulse interview was very visible. How does finding information all over the internet and trying to join the dots equate to being right on the pulse of your investment? Commercial and in confidence information covered by EAP's (Early Access Programs) and NDA's ( Non Disclosure Agreements) which are commonplace practice in the tech sphere and particularly at the pioneering edge, which is where we are playing. How does finding information all over the internet and trying to join the dots equate to being right on the pulse of your investment? LDN used to talk in dreams and possibilities but there was never any plan on how to get there. Now there is.
I do agree that some dots are outrageous, but I don’t begrudge people for having a crack. Better than a repetitive whinge.
Yes, I agree, there are certain individuals that are "real holders" and complaining a surprising lot.I used to do it on HC where the trolls were obvious, but now the water is muddy with "real holders" who have nothing better to do than complain about everything.
