Being an Intel IFS is not the same in them investing a measly (for them) $10Mill to come up with a chip that they can use/sell/own.

We went for the big play - IP only and everyone will que up. Except they didn't. What we were expecting was that Intel would license Akida IP and build their own version of Akida 1500. But they didn't. But they put our logo on a web page. Nice.

So now we're making the advanced chip the Intel won't own and didn't want to own.

So yes, becoming an Intel IFS member is a non event. That's why there was no announcement.

I'm not sure about most here but I don't expect anything from IFS yet.

So yeah, this is possible. We can expect anything under 6 months.
Mainly because some of those have been working with Brainchip for a while already before they officially announced partnership.

Should BRN advertise for his replacement, how long should the search go for 3, 6, 9, 12 months?
Fast forward to the top 3 applicants, should BRN run the list past you first for your approval???
Now BRN has been rudderless for 12 months and its share price has copped a flogging.
Now its 2024, with your approval BRN has appointed replacement CEO who wants to change everything because continuing with the same plan as Sean will only produce the same results.
It's now 2025, BRN has raised another $30 million to keep the doors open and implement the new CEO business plan. The market hates it and the share price is punished further.
Yeah, I dont think we should "give someone else a go"
But i have an idea, why dont we give Sean a fair go!!!

Cheating here and just copy pasting something I posted to someone else in a DM.
I know fuck all but it takes time to develop a product maybe add a bit more time on top of that because of said tech(new, blah,blah) whoever is thinking about buying a license is going to make sure they don't screw up designing, testing, producing the product before releasing it.
And heck I don't want them screwing up either.

Surely you’ve followed a small company called Renesas who are currently making a SOC which includes the 2 nodes they’ve licenced?

All I'm saying is: Dear CEO you have a timelimit to produce a sale. We're a small company and we can't afford to reward effort, insights, or intimacy. Feel free to embarrass the likes of Intel, and sign a deal with someone much smaller. It will only spur Intel into action. If the product is good then just do it. Your method and mindset are on mogadon. You have experienced nothing but loyal support from the shareholders and you should repay that loyalty in results, no matter how modest, or go home.

TBH I think we do, in fact, need China. A deal there could stop the rot. I'm not sure who/why/when we decided that we didn't need them. Perhaps we were blinded by the SP at the time. Now we need to eat humble pie. It's not that difficult. Trust is a transitive relationship. If the CEO can't trust us with his plans for the future, he should be replaced by someone who will, and we can trust that person in return. It's not too late for the BoD to share their plans, but after the next annual report just might be.



Hint: any material deal will do at this stage.

Yes theirs is always hope but honestly mate I know we all think differently and all have different time frames on what we think should have been achieved by now. But I'm very pleased with the all-star lineup BRN have got on the bench, when that whistle blows for the start of the game it's going to be fucking huge and BRN will slaughter them all.
