Mercedes will start selling cars with Brainchip IP inside and that is just 1 or 2 years away
1 or 2 years away is it? What have I missed? Can you point me to where this was stated?

So why did BrN wait until after the asx closed to put out the 4C announcement? As that was probably the worse timing ever if you ask me unless we get a trading halt before opening tomorrow, otherwise I think that’s a dreadful decision by the management and someone should be held accountable

It will get slaughtered no doubt tomorrow..

Surprised no new IP deals in qtr. Thought this was the best disruptive technology since the internet..

Amazing how well it’s valuation is still well over a $billion in this infinite PE slaughterhouse environment..

Sorry, too much use of the word slaughter..
Actually I’m going to report you asa twat.

I'm not going to sugar-coat it because it kinda sucks ass-balls a bit, but lets face it, things could be a lot worse. I mean Marcus Schaefer from Mercedes is going to be writing about neuromorphic computing any drop of the hat. This is presuming we're still iin the lead on the vote on LinkedIn.

If you haven't done so already, jump on LinkedIn and vote for neuromorphic computing!

I don't think BRN or any other company specify exactly when their announcements are released, perhaps other than price sensitive announcements.

Somewhat disappointed by this 4C, as I was expecting a significant increase in revenue. Will still hold for the time being, but not looking forward to market opening tomorrow. Being a Friday will also make things worst.

Will make a decision based on the next two quarters of reporting.

Pretty Pretty Pretty Pretty Good
Yesterday I bought some at 85c and said I wasn't too worried about this 4C because I believed that it would be a multiple of that price in years to come. Yeah I think barring any pre-open announcement tomorrow the SP will take a big hit but I won't be selling.

I'm invested for my kid's future. I believe in the disruptive tech and especially the IP. The IP will take a bit to filter through compared to direct sales so it's a case of "hurry up and wait".

I'm locked and loaded

Larry.

How is expressing your opinion as a shareholder makes you a hotcrapper down rapper?

I’ve never done this before Chippers but I think we could all do with some cheering up. I’ve had a tip that in Race 1 at Eagle Farm this Saturday, a horse named Mishani will definitely (100%) run a place. Gamble responsibly. This is not financial advice.

If only the Co could stick rigidly to it's own statement / commitment as per this 4C, ... in that:

" The Company will continue to update the market on material events and maintain monthly Podcasts designed to inform all constituents of the Company’s progress and industry trends. "

Let's just see how this the Co performs this quarter on keeping us s/holders informed with full and frank disclosure of all material events in a timely manner in accordance with their fiduciary duty and with their own above mentioned Co statement ..... or will we see yet another " Cone of Silence " scenario this quarterly period.

Only for Bravo 🥰😘

There is one animal for which my homeland, Sweden, is particularly famous. And you could say that Mercedes-Benz AG also has a very special connection to it: I’m referring to the moose, of course – or rather the so-called ‘moose test’.

I remember all too well the news 25 years ago, reporting how the then-new A-Class rolled during the evasive manoeuvre test conducted by the Swedish magazine “Teknikens Värld”. Looking back, the incident marks nothing less than an historic turning point: #MercedesBenz upgraded all 18,000 vehicles already delivered at no cost to customers and from February 1998, the system became a standard feature in the A-Class. From 1999 onwards, all model series were successively equipped with ESP® as a standard feature and in November 2011, it even became a legal requirement for all new car registrations in Europe!

Today, the brake control system is closely networked with more than 100 vehicle functions. And with our advances in #software, we continue to drive our vision of accident-free driving: in the future, a central software based on the future MB.OS platform will replace the current architecture with its many control units and lines. This will minimise possible sources of error and provide the basis for control systems to respond to sensor signals even faster.

I posted this a week or so ago;-
I'm no accountant but if the Revenues from January to End of June was $4,831,081 and the Receipts from Customers for the same period was $1,435,000 then wouldn't the balance of $3,396,000 show as receipts from customers in the September 4C. (That's if the money has been received)

**Revenues are earned when goods are sold or services are provided; at this point, an invoice is issued to the customer for payment, after which the seller receives payment from the customer (the “receipt”). Thus, an additional difference is really just a matter of timing, where the revenue is recorded first, and the receipt is recorded later, when the customer pays.**

So if the reported receipts from customers in this 4C was $118,000 and IF that was part of the 1/2 yearly revenue then there is still 3.278M revenue which has not yet been paid by customers. So if this amount had been received in the last 3 months and this 4C showed receipts as 3.278M then there would not be nearly as much fuss as is happening. So we assume that this outstanding 3.278M will show up in the next 4c.

But the shorters and the impatient will put a negative spin on this and most likely the share price will get hammered. If you still believe then hold tight because things can turn quickly.

My opinion only and not worried.

Well, there we/you have it.

A little bit of copy and paste.

As you can see the expenditure going into R&D is outweighing all other outgoings, 2/1 but a little positive that some people may have
overlooked.... $115,000 USD spent on "Product Manufacturing and Operating costs"

Indicating (despite small) something was/is being experimented with ... purely my opinion.

Am I disappointed, of course I am, is the company disappointed with uptake at this point, I am very sure that they would be, despite the comment about "sales activity".... I personally put that statement in the fluff category at this time.

I will be buying more stock, as the pressure southwards is a given in my opinion.

Correct me if I'm wrong here, but it looks like Lou has offloaded close to half his holding, and Anil has lightened off a touch as well.

Still giving the company 2 full years (grace) to deliver, 100% backing us to succeed, but don't like the reasons given by Sean regarding the technology and potential companies budgeted positions, just get out there and deliver.

Roll on 1 January 2025.........NO EXCUSES.

Tech x
