However , all and any new information including updates relating to the company, including patents , needs and should be disclosed to every single shareholder, there are now in excess of 40,000 shareholders , any new information or updates should be disclosed through the correct channel ASX and can be done within a non - price sensitive announcement.. Hence this will provide every singe shareholder the EQUAL opportunity to learn about the company that they own and have invested their monies within.

IMO ...there was a substantial error in Antonio Viana " Change of Directors Interest Notice " :

The Notice says he had 666,666 FPO shares
Then number of shares held by him after the change was 436,666 shares
Accordingly, imo that makes it that he only disposed of some 230,000 shares and not the full 666,666 shares as disclosed per the notice... !!!

Yes I emailed the company about it. I will eventually get a reply explaining why it is correct as is or he will file a correction.

Now I'm not saying this is us, but in light of the recent BrainChip Vibration Analysis video showing the headsets, these articles piqued my interest, particularly where they refer to "energy efficient wearables "and "specialised technologies".

As to your points made above @Bravo I agree that we could very well be involved in the future VR headsets and gaming consoles .....Why not we are going to be in everything else! and why would they include that at the end of the Vid!? A little crumb to digest!!!

F/F, great to see u back! U too Rise. BRN is not a share for the faint hearted, at least as a long term hold. It gets played big time, and information release can appear opaque. There is correlation with these 2 points. That said, I continue to hold strong. Many will look at the reversal from the highs of $2.34. I prefer to look at the rise in s/p from 1/1/22 until now. Each to their own. Mgt have been very clear in their timelines and expectations in terms of revenue, and over the long journey, have never been far off. Really looking forward to what the next 12 mths has in store . GLTA

From the looks of the details of this recent patent and the ones ANN'd in the past, one obvious difference appears to be that this recent one refers to a specific use case of Akida - whereas the others that were ANN'd in the past directly relate to the protection of the design of Akida itself.

It is perhaps for this reason that the recent patent (although significant) may have been perceived by the company as less 'foundational' and therefore not worthy of a standalone ANN. Either way, id expect to see it at least get a mention in perhaps a 4C.

You are correct Wilzy..the company will mention it in the upcoming quarterly in late October..another patent is expected shortly.
which will require an ASX announcement..this is my understanding..the latest webinar with Edge Impulse was excellent..it puts things in a time prospective bringing ideas to reality..a lot of work..if it can be imagined it can be realised.

Certainly the MetaTF 2000 software simulation will be in the hands of a few favoured EAP customers, and a FPGA would also be likely to be available. I don't recall any costs to indicate full blown SoC wafers have been made by us, but perhaps the customers are using the IP in their own in-house SoCs.

Diogenese .......... I think your the only one that can shed some light on this patent / licence purchase issue: I think Peter maybe currently be in France to oversee and expedite this event...???

I have noted that "The Co stated that" :

" In August 2022, the Company acquired the rights to patents and patent applications that were filed in 2016 by CERCO (Brain and Cognition Research Center), a pre-eminent public research lab based in Toulouse, France. These patents were licensed exclusively to BrainChip in March 2017."

Was this for "Jast " or some other tech as well ...... this may require some reverse engineering by you.

I personally think that BRN is just making absolutely sure that they have tied up all loose ends legally concerning our IP and licensing agreements ......ie: better to own the patents and the patent applications outright rather than just having an exclusive license.

So could you please see if you can find out what the Patents of 2016 by CERCO were all for and maybe the possibilty of other tech' that may now potentially have been of interest to the Co todate within those patents and filing applications.

I am strongly of the view that maybe a few very Major Major Major big fish are just making sure that BRN IP / Patents are fully in place and not in any jeopardy of any future/potential counter claims somewhere down or well down the track before signing any substantial financial contracts. After all a patent and it's filing application is far more secure than a licence agreement imo.
