Don’t get me wrong,i own Brn shares and have for years, but if management think that stating something that shareholders already know will get them through the AGM without shareholders venting their frustrations well they are wrong, I for one voted against the remuneration packages, until they actually show massive sales growth and the iceberg displayed then sorry there is still a lot of risk in this share,we have built a great team, but ask yourself would your boss give you hundreds of thousands of dollars bonuses without you actually achieving. Go brainchip but very weary.
Lol Okay.

Bacon lover I read this sites and hotcrapper, think of my thoughts what you like, but sales figures have not been as impressive as management have said to watch,if brainchip are to be as much a golden goose as we think I will be a multi millionair, but I have been bitten before by management that overstate and don’t succeed, all I’m saying is show us the results first.

ARM would not be including Akida in its product offering unless they were very happy with its validation.

THIS A HUGE ANNOUNCEMENT! THE RAMIFICATIONS ARE MASSIVE!

How sweet it is FF, onwards to new visions of spiking innovation.

Who was it that said, " It's great to be a shareholder " ? So far, it certainly is.

Thanks again FF for your " Oh so informative and inspiring " posts, they are truly magical.

If the Mercedes news item earlier this year was considered big by the market. It will be interesting to see how it sees this.
The Mercedes acknowledgement of Akida was how they saw the future to go.
The Arm acknowledgement/partnership is how to get there.

THE CONSERVATIVE BRN SHAREHOLDERS LIST OF KNOWN PARTNERSHIPS:

Mercedes Benz
Valeo
ARM
MegaChips
Renesas
MOSCHIP
NASA
Vorago
Edge Impulse
Nviso
SiFive
Ford
Biotome
NaNose
ISL
Intellisense

16 engagements.

The question for shareholders is did these just fall into Brainchip’s lap or do they prove that the Brainchip team are actually advancing shareholders interests?

My personal opinion is that they do.

My opinion only DYOR

Bacon lover go to OCC on hot crapper, the serial posters hate me there, every day Bedger and Hotdog post their fluff, Brilliant product absolutel, very poor managemen, every day they would post how the shareprice would sour at $0.60 I told those that would listen to sell that sales were not being achieved, I GOT HOLWED DOWN,they drove me off the site,my parting works were I will come back in a year, the same people will be singing the same song and the shareprice will be nowhere near $1.00, it’s approx $0.35 they will blame sharemarkets collapse,Covid everything they can but the fall started way before then. Every time the shares got near $0.60 I had my finger on the sell,I was 100% correct they are sitting on 40% losses. My moral is don’t listen to huff and puff of management look at sales figures.

The economic reach of ARM technology wise would be / is far greater than the Mercedes acknowledgement imo !!

It's all highly speculative. We just don't know how many applications using our IP there will be and when, what those applications will be. Therefore we don't know the volumes they'll be produced at. Having it in a iPhone and/or Samsung or nearly every vehicle manufactured, all bets are off.

If the market realises the growth potential of BRN over the next 10yrs, the P/E ratio will be really high as the SP will be based on expected future revenue in years to come which makes a dividend yield of 5% unlikely. It should be closer to 1%. Payments of 5%-6% dividends are from mature companies like the banks and the big miners who aren't expected to have run away growth. In fact, under normal market conditions their SP is based on their expected dividend returns.
If BRN has a low cost business model (selling IP) and is making in the order of 85% margin on IP sales and royalties then there are really only 4 possible outcomes:
- reinvest profits for future development of the product and the business. However, we have seen that development of the next generations of Akida are unlikely to be that expensive compared to the enormous amount of revenue that is likely to flow in. So what will happen to the rest of the revenue?
- dividends; this is most likely outcome in my opinion and with a low cost business model and 85% margin you would have to think that dividends will be a lot higher than other businesses (bear in mind that even businesses like Woolworths pay a total annual dividend of approximately 4-5% with a huge cost base and much lower margins).
- share buy back; possible at some stage if we are awash in cash.
- acquisition of other businesses; also possible but doesn't seem to be part of the BRN strategy and at this stage hard to see that it will be in the foreseeable future, particularly when BRN has shown itself so adept at forming strategic partnerships with other useful businesses.

Therefore, I would suggest that your assessment is too conservative about the size of possible future dividends.

IMO only (but I"m always right ;) - hey I picked BRN didn't I?? :ROFLMAO:)

It’s wonderful news to hear BrainChip has become an ARM partner. This is a big step towards, fingers crossed, an eventual IP license deal. This AI market is so young, it’s moving at a very fast pace, and we have the secret sauce…

SiFive
ARM
Intel?

What are you actually frustrated about? Our SP has gone up 30% in the last few weeks while most Tech companies SP's around the world have tanked and we are on the verge of wide scale global commercialisation. Glass is not just half full my friend, it's overflowing :)

Interesting news article this morning saying military graduates in teh USA are being told to expect to participate in a superpower war in the next few years involving robotic drones, tanks, aircraft etc.. Akida is obviously well suited to enable this type of warfare and it makes perfect sense for armament manufacturers to go down this track. Akida's autonomous decision making solves the problem of the first targets in modern warfare - destruction of communications infrastructure.

I'm sure this is not what Brainchip and Peter VDM had in mind but there are numerous examples of the military use of technology leading to more beneficial commercial deployments. One that comes immediately to mind is laser inertial navigation/guidance systems - developed initially for military use and now standard kit on every commercial airliner circling the planet.

We will probably never know the details of these types of use cases but it seems almost certain to me that this expectation of a major conflcit in the not too distant future is one of the primary reasons we are engaged with NASA, DARPA and the various branches of the US military.
