I just voted all for except for the spill, last one, against. Taken me 5 minutes for 3 members of family, so easy online.
Where do you guys all vote ? I’m jealous! I want to vote too

Ring them direct asap is your best bet.
Some funds apparently allow their members to direct proxies but many don't.
The funds actually own the shares, not the members.
The funds explain it as holding for the members beneficial interest.
You may also find they have time windows within which you need to act and given the proximity of the event you're likely screwed.
But, who knows? Ring them direct and ask.

Don't underestimate the Power of your vote either.

You may have what you consider a small holding, but 10s of thousands of small holdings, can make a big difference.

One chopstick is easily broken, but hundreds are extremely difficult, to impossible..

There are some Big Logs out there (mutiple analogies) like Citicorp and we have no idea of those assholes intentions.
Hi DB,
Actually, Citicorp are no where near as influential as they were this time last year. Down to 6.128% from last year 9.146%.
BNP PARIBAS and J P MORGAN have gone up, but no where near as much as the decline of Citicorp.

If you got the letter for the proxy vote, on the top left hand corner, you should have your unique number and follow the instructions. Go to the website stating and vote.

I am running into the same problem that I did last year. I am in the US and I have shares of BRCHF through Fidelity.

To date, I have received no proxy voting materials, and sending a message to Fidelity yielded a reply that told me where I could find them, and that the message read "There are no open proxy campaigns available at this time. You can expect to be notified before a company meeting." Unhelpful to say the least.

I understand that I can create an account and vote on Boardroom Pty, Ltd, however, they require a reference number, that is shown as "SRN/HIN/Unitholder Number". I have no idea where to get this number.

When I went through this process last year, Fidelity pointed me to BrainChip, after sending an e-mail to BrainChip, they directed me to Boardroom, which landed me back at Fidelity. I posted something in the Fidelity Reddit groups, and while I eventually found someone to help me receive the proxy documents, they were unavailable until after the AGM last year.

I tried every number in those documents that might be considered a reference number to sign up to vote with the hopes of creating an account with Boardroom, but nothing I found worked. I gave up in abject frustration, and I'm going through the same this year.

Someone, somewhere, somehow must be able to confirm that I am a shareholder and provide me a means to sign up on Boardroom so that I can vote, otherwise, all of my votes will be abstained. I would think through all the foreign transaction fees that I have paid to Fidelity to purchase shares, they should be jumping through hoops to help get this done for me.

I will try sending an e-mail to BrainChip again and copying someone at Boardroom hoping this will be resolved before the window to vote closes. If I cannot vote again this year, it will not be for lack of trying.

Just spoke to the lady half hour ago, She said if you don't vote, your vote goes with the majority.
I just got my call re the votes, I asked the lady to clarify this and she confirmed that you do need to vote as they won't be counted if you don't.

He is German and Germans can't vote, to the best of my knowledge.

Hey JDelekto, hopefully you can sort this out and if you do, post it on here, so it can be shared amongst others in your position.

BrainChip, has shareholders around the World and this is going to be more and more the way things go, as the Company progresses.

So these kind of things need to be worked out properly.

BrainChip is a Global Company, primarily listed on the backwater ASX.

NASDAQ though, now looks at least 2 or 3 years off, until we are making sound financial progress.

I rang Boardroom 1300 737 760 in Australia or +61 2 9290 9600 if outside and quoted my CHESS number and they emailed me the links. Voting was pretty easy. I was happy to vote for all except the last which was against the spill. I hope this helps.

Never really heard of Paribas and don't care to find out, but JP Morgan's history is steeped in underhanded practices.

I don't trust any of those big corporations, where money is their only God.
