Top quality?

Is that what has got the signed deals?

I will take my chances.

If your goals are to whiteant the company’s efforts and torpedo the SP then I’d say your chances are pretty good.

Management have not delivered.

It’s as sample as that.

Time for a change.

I have posted for months now saying I don’t care about the no revenue and I’m not interested in the share price.

What we needed was IP sales and they have had 12 months since the last AGM and a big fat zero was the result.

He had his opportunity to give shareholders a real update on the IP sales progress today ( quarterly podcast) and he has failed once again.

Looks like Rob Telson has deleted his Linkedin account (btw he left for "unforeseen circumstances" -- not personal reasons -- which could be non-performance or Sean just doesn't like his face). The only reason I can think of is he doesn't want to answer questions from SHs.

With no replacements hired it really is an unprofessional look, given that there should have been a notice period within which Hehir should at least have shortlisted a couple of people.

Anyway here's an article (not sure if found already) to distract us from the sh!tshow that is going on in BC...

Makes no sense to delete the LinkedIn account just because he left the company! It’s not divorcing from his wife or closing his pub because it’s not profitable to continue. It’s just a job he had after some other jobs. I think there is something life changing happened. Maybe he is about to complete rethinking about his past and want to change dramatically. I think about something positive like “selling all his shares and retiring” or something… but deleting his account because he left the company? Don’t think so. Normally someone would just add the new company in his CV and write “I’m looking forward to start my new position blablabla” IMO

Please, please, please begging now, ones one her were talking that a second strike was ridiculous would never happen. Downramper shorters, no it is regular shareholders. Should have started begging for votes two months ago, damage to my holding has happened over the last two years. with the implementation of NDA’S to hide everything, you can’t tell me that the same snowball effect in sales would not have happened if their was no NDA’S Once one company buy, they would all have to or be left behind. Like electric cars transition for the future or die.
Management are like politicians they say they have listened but have they really. A month ago it was strike 2 wI’ll never happen.
Australian, like when they vote at elections will always vote from the hip pocket. It was always gunna be that way. To say change your vote there is still time before the AGM For a deal to fall absolutely reeks of desperation. Look who got it wrong now.
What are you even talking about.

I'm reminding those who have already voted against that they can change their vote.

I'm not asking them to change their vote.

Those that have and will vote against the remuneration report share common disappointment in lack of revenue and licence agreements.

If a licence agreement does drop before the AGM and that agreement satiates their expectations and they no longer want to see heads roll then, as above, I am reminding them that they CAN change their vote accordingly. It is not too late.

I literally included the following in my post:

"If you as a shareholder TRULY feel that the current board are unable to execute on Brainchip's vision or that they are TRULY overpaid then by all means, please do vote against the remuneration report."

Cheers.

Sure as I said, maybe something dramatically changed in his life. And then everything else seems like the most unimportant thing in your life to write something via social media! Could be wrong and he just deleted it by accident or just want to refresh his account in once. 🤷🏻‍♂️ who knows! We all are humans and cook with water

Just to put all the speculation to bed ............................

View attachment 59892
all of this speculation occurred march 26.
Add a months notice ???? = end of april.

I guess it has to be "unforseen circumstances" because TD reiterated on 26 March that "Rob remains Happily employed at Brainchip"
I do hope TD wasn't intentionally misleading.

I'm not thrilled by the look of the current events, nor do I have a seast at the table to be privy of the inner workings.

What I am privy to though, is watching and hearing of the significant development of our ecosystems and partners, as well as advancement of the real EdgeAI market where Akida shines. Those who have been around a few years or more know this.
Seems not only did we have a few years lead on competitors, but also a few years lead on a developing marketplace.
As much as the SP woes at the moment, I wont be taking my frustrations out by contributing to a board spill. In my own opinion, this would be absolute lunacy at such a critical time, and sure to cost us ALL, a lot of money and recovery time in a rapidly evolving market.
I get there are plenty at the crapper and increasingly here, chanting and waving they're pitchforks. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion and controls their own investment decisions.
I also know there have been explosive sales comments, and others that many may have reacted on. (myself included)

Take a breath, look at the big picture, the tech is the tech, it's currently in space and soon coming to a sensor or appliance near you. (IMO).

Its definitely a marathon not a sprint, but I still feel the trophy will be worth the cramps.

I expect some bashing, but not bothered in the least, Im still confidant in my research and investment.

Remember these recent words in print.

Good afternoon....,

Anyone looking for negatives will always find them, they are everywhere throughout life, the entire known universe is full of
positive and negative, this mornings podcast was a mixture of both, I was taken aback somewhat when Tony's question just
seemed to pop out of thin air, with regards Rob and Nandan...my initial reaction was, what the hell, but life is continually changing
and let's all be totally honest, unless either Rob or Nandan felt like explaining why they both decided to move on, it's all just
pointless discussing the matter any further.

I had actually emailed Rob on 30 April and hadn't received a reply, which was unusual, so that explained it this morning, and of
course employee privacy has to be observed by the company...new blood, new ambition, we keep moving forward as progress
waits for no one..no one is irreplaceable in this life, keep looking forward.

Has any other company been named as having flooded the market with Edge AI products, we are fully engaged, haven't lost a
prospect to a rival company, the Edge market will never be dominated by one sole company, sharing the pie is fine with me
and I'm sure the educated among us.

Support the company or consider moving onto greener pastures...it's all about choice in the end.

Good evening from New Zealand....Tech.

The question is why only the sales team members always leave ? Are they all not good enough? I don’t think so. Is there any reasons because of the product or the CEO’s vision is not suitable for the company dragging the whole progress

Simple fact is that the sophistication and complexity of the BrainChip offering is well beyond the comprehension of many investors. Those shouting about timelines and deadlines have little understanding of the monumental task it is to convince an organisation to switch from the large tried and tested suppliers to a new and unknown market entrant with a brand new technology. Many of our competitors spend more on R&D in a month than BrainChip have in its lifetime. We know the technology is good, it’s had multiple points of verification and the sales will come but you, me Sean or anyone else can’t guarantee when so you either accept the risk or need to find another stock that matches your risk appetite. I’m sorry to see the two guys go, they added a lot of value while they worked with BrainChip but can and will be replaced. Next 24 months will be interesting.

sales are tough gigs.
I did it for 3 1/2 years and it's not easy, people also get too comfortable in their roles sometimes, new blood might just the thing the company needs.
only the people who are leaving truly know the reasons why they are going to leave.

most of the time it is the pressure of the job, lack of sales not reaching targets.

or it might just be ego clashes.

at the end of the day its best for all and life goes on

I just hope that everybody involved are mentally and physically ok.

Great post wags 👍

Ken Scarince, said a few years ago now, that we were "disrupting a Market, that hasn't been created yet"

I thought at the Time, that I'd be much happier if we were disrupting an "existing" Market..

That Market is now quickly evolving and it's clear, from what Sean said in the podcast, that while we are not losing out technically to our customers, from competitors, that they are holding off on the extra investment required, to step fully into this new paradigm shift in A.I. (especially at the Edge).

This is nothing that the Company can "force" onto our customers and this decision to "step forward" is completely out of our hands, in my opinion.

The old saying of someone being so good, they can "sell ice to Eskimos" doesn't really apply here.

AKIDA, is already "sold" on its merits, the sale "en masse" just, as I already said, needs that final step.

Spilling the board, is likely going to just jeopardise that further.

In the event that does happen, I guess I'm just going to have to batten down the hatches and prepare for an even longer Winter, than I anticipated.

I find it very unprofessional of Rob to delete his profile on LinkedIn. If he had the time to delete it he also had the time to write a short appreciation and goodbye message to all previous colleagues, customers, and investors. It is a matter of style! If he has big problems within his family or with his health then why delete the whole thing when other things are more important? It is none of our business, you might say, but his behavior says a lot about the situation and him.

Nandan has an impressive personality therefore I hate to see him leave. I hope we will have a replacement soon.

The worst thing that can happen to us now is the second strike, therefore please think twice when you vote. I do not like Sean, though I do not know his personality and his behavior towards his staff but at the moment we need him to keep everything together.

The "explosion in sales" was from Peter in an interview with Marc Kennis on Stocks Down Under back in 2021

"If you’re looking at our financial position at present for a burn rate, BrainChip has sufficient [cash] to actually run for two years. Of course, our burn rate is going to change over these years. We’re going to employ more people. But at the same time, we are counting on an explosion in sales. We’re looking forward to an explosion in sales on that Akida 1000 chip and its modules, and also the IP."
I donot know anyone calling out explosive sale should be considered a holder or a shorter.
There is a hype created with explosive sales and it ends up favouring the shorters. Moral of story talk sensible and according to situation.

You do you babe! No one is trying to stop you from voting the way you want to! But please try to understand that your repetitive mantras re a spill are doing absolutely nothing to convince the rest of us to follow suit and shoot ourselves in the bloody foot. We all know that would be a totally shitty idea, especially for me since I'm actually a foot model!
