Just goes to show how long it takes to get a prototype into production.Didn't Max already develop something like Skyteds....maybe not so portable I guess.

Not sure but would be great if did.Hi Fmf,
This is a fantastic Brainchip promo.
Is this the official CES 2024 wrap up that will go to all 135000 attendees?
Arcelik is a Turkish conglomerate. I have something rattling about in the dark recesses about BRN and Turkiye ...
Innovation Hub garage is owned by Arcelik. Not sure but would be great if did.
The link came up in one of my random word searches and was by the Innovation Hub Garage who you can also see listed beside Arcelik on the report.
Thank you very much. This makes good sense. I was always under the impression that such a terms and condition document would need to be disclosed to the ASX as a company announcement. Thank you for clarifyingHi Cand2it
I agree with the other comments. Where I think your confusion may have begun is the fact that Brainchip has an interesting interpretation of the ASX Continuous Disclosure Rules.
Their interpretation is that unless they can calculate a precise dollar amount on an agreement they cannot announce an engagement on the ASX.
So starting from this point and taking Tata Elxsi as an example it is most certainly the case there is in place a written document that contains the terms under which Brainchip and Tata Elxsi engage.
I don’t know what these terms are but it logically would cover the release of the IP and any joint intellectual property development.
I would also suggest it would cover the financial terms otherwise how would Tata Elxsi be able to approach a medical or industrial customer to sell an AKIDA based product without knowing what it would cost the customer.
This agreement/contract/NDA or whatever name one wants to apply not being for a defined sum of money ie one million units at $25.00 each, will not be an agreement based on Brainchip’s interpretation of the ASX Rules that can be announced on the ASX.
I personally believe there are many such agreements of this type in place between Brainchip and its many partners.
My opinion only DYOR

Ahh ok...makes sense then.Innovation Hub garage is owned by Arcelik.
So far ahead of the time. Walking around with a mobile phone, true science fiction right there.Didn't Max already develop something like Skyteds....maybe not so portable I guess.

Morning DB,Soooo..

Everybody has seen and had a good look, at the "ugliness" of the yearly report.
Outward things, that were already known, but not indicative of our inner qualities.
Now we have 2 months of clear sky!
(until the results of this quarter are known).
Nothing really, for manipulators or shorters, to "work" on..
Other than general market turmoil, or Global events (which we have already shown resilience to, due to increased Worldwide demand).
There is much more in my opinion, for "them" to be worried about..
And we have resoundingly broken through our download trend too!

There's an old saying that goes..
"Shoot for the Moon. Even if you miss, you'll land among the stars".
BrainChip is certainly doing that, even if we aren't completely "out of the woods" yet..
Good Fortune to All Holders![]()
I believe this was extended to end of 2024Morning DB,
We aren't out of the woods just yet. One more hurdle to get over this month, the amended agreement with LDA Capital.
BrainChip Holdings Announces Third Amendment to Financial Instrument
"Under the terms of the agreement, the company will issue 40 million Collateral Shares by the
earlier of the next Capital Call or 31 March 2024. Any issuance of Shares by the Company will be
done so under the Company’s Listing Rule 7.1 placement capacity and will be subject to the
Company’s available placement capacity at that time."
Need to see what the market makes of this when it happens. It is a known known the seems to have been forgotten.
Hi MD,I believe this was extended to end of 2024
Annual Report 2023Hi MD,
Yes, we have until the end of the year to make a call on LDA but the collateral shares need to be transferred by the end of the month.
Makes sense to me to make the call earlier rather than later. We have just seen interest from new money on the back of the Nvida results (until ours came out). Might be worth having a look at "Letter from the Chair" in the annual report. Antonio has it on the top of his to do list.
To me the next quarterly will set the scene for the AGM.Soooo..

Whether it is the next quarterly or the one after, Sean did say in 2024 he expects…To me the next quarterly will set the scene for the AGM.
We have approx 3 months to an AGM and I believe Sean would like to get to that stage without any clouds of a second strike
So to me in 3 months we are going to see royalty income and/or a sale of couple of ip licences before that time.
Let us wait and watch.
