I can't predict the future and say this is what will happen, but, it is standard operating procedure in USA.

As you would be aware they are obliged by their taxation system to pay taxation due immediately.

He still has to choose his secret laboratory colour scheme along with the ice bucket initiation and desk layout for all his cosplay and intern breaking activities.......

We have the benefit of having been around long enough now to be familiar with their tricks.
Parasites, leeches, snake oil salesmen and rats all part of our market eco system.

May be you are right. But had you realised Sean is making more through the options than actual salary. Even when the sp is down by about 90% from peak and there is no new ip sale since he joined.
That raises two things either the remuneration is too generous or we are not getting any information.
But again going further down the lane is it a reason for 1st strike.
Also that is also one of the reason directors need not buy on market but they can sell on market all the time. But sometimes management should also understand that most of the shareholders are in Australia and they should regard their expectations as well.
