Hi All,
Having had a good read of today's release, nothing out of the ordinary to be had, it's just a formality that has to be lodged, BUT,
one thing that does annoy me or make me question is the term "other expenses"
2024 $508,680 USD or $788,651 AUD
2025 $672,283 USD or $1,042,299 AUD
That's a 32% increase; it's also a lot of our funds spent on what exactly, yes it covers 3 divisions within the company, namely,
Research & Development, Sales & Marketing and General & Administration.
Together those expenses represent 3rd and 5th position out of 9/10 categories.... maybe many don't give a......................
but "other" doesn't cut it with me, what were those expenses?

No. Only did a basic search but nothing jumped out hence why in my post I mentioned about no real confirmation as yet.
Although Slade appears cynical / skeptical, with reason, the interesting thing by the author that caught my attention was the apparent reproduction of the some of the Python with respects to the audit and compliance framework by the EU identifying a neuromorphic accelerator in use. Akida..who knows?
I have presumed that may not be all the code and could be more detailed references within to the actual accelerator used that "maybe" the author has seen.
When I have time I will search around for any addituonal references to the code, audit / compliance report, Cadence references. Though it is a supposed Siemens solution, it is driven by support from Cadence and apparently Brainchip hardware according to the author.
Always appreciate your research Fullmoon and I really hope you find something to validate his claims. I would love to be wrong about this guy.

Turns out our company has recently hired Colorado-based Dan Ganousis as Director of Sales - on a contract basis.
It appears this is not the long-advertised position for “Sales Director US/Bay Area”, though, as that job continues to be listed as open on the BrainChip website, where it has been featured since at least the beginning of January.
