Thanks Kylie11,

Another coup for the 1000 eyes.

Now that's interesting. We have an agreement with Renesas US. So product and development services revenue could, in large part, be related to Renesas US as we are expecting Renesas to start commercializing under the Akida IP licence this year.

So taking a ballpark figure of $500 per hour (impeccably sourced from FF) the $1M equates to about 2000 hours, or 1 year of full time engineering support. That may be spread over 2 or more engineers/customers as it's unlikely that the support engineers would work for a whole year with a single customer.
I wonder if the $11,208 Oceania revenue is made up of t-shirt sales LOL (plus a few boards purchased by the 1000 eyes).

Searching Reuters articles for reference to the BRN headlines post by HC this morning and I find no mention of the 2 news headlines in a new BRN thread titled Hot News.

I question why HC make a special effort to misrepresent FY losses and also to ridiculously point out that this fledgling company has not decided to pay a dividend to shareholder's.

I also question who is paying all of the down ramping stock bashers that have turned up recently to erode the equity of BRN shareholders by monotonous negative and misconstrued commentary from this band of non holders ?

IMO it has the stench of organized crime that should interest ASIC for forensic investigation .

Motive could be one of two or both but the organizers would be connected to large party's accumulating the stock at the lowest possible price and or have shorted at a higher price and seek to profit by closing the short at the lowest possible share price.

Which every the case , I think stock manipulation becomes a crime when it is proven to be organized, especially when Bot manipulation is so prevalent and traceable if investigated.

Does anyone with knowledge of trading rules have a view on this scenario and could Brainchip have a case against HC for promoting misinformation?

I stopped going there for this reason.

If posters continue to go there, no point in complaining because ASIC won't do anything, and because there is traffic on that site, these articles will continue to be published.

What we see now is not stock manipulation, it is purely people selling out of fear due to the current tensed environment over different countries. Ofcourse this is my opinion only.

I suggest any holders who hold BRN only to add on their watchlists a few other tech companies, mining, consumable companies, BNPL etc. companies just so you can see the overall market movements. Also check out the NASDAQ movement the day before.
This downturn has absolutely nothing to do with BRN's fundamentals and many other company's fundamentals. Days like these are good to ignore the price unless you intend to buy more.

The annual report is always a nice read to see how far we have come and to see the big picture again. So many achievements in 2021 and so much growth up to our commercialisation stage now. Plenty of cash on hand and cash available if we need more.

I am excited to think about what our EAPs are doing with the technology behind the scenes. Think that we are progressing as a company, but we are not a single entity. Other companies like Mercedes, NASA etc. are also progressing for their own use OUR technology as well. I like how we have many eyes as a shareholder base, but as a product development base we have very smart companies progressing our technology and company as well.

I think about the future opportunities on days like these. If I ever question a company on a down day, I probably shouldn't have invested in it in the first place.

I did not purchase either the PC shuttle or the Pi kit (a bit out of my budget), but I did pre-order the PCIe card.

I have been to the source and this is the answer:

"Sorry if our notes were not clear on that. We issued 15 million shares to LDA in January and all of the shares were sold. It was done in two tranches because the first tranche (A$5.3M net) was our outstanding obligation from 2021 and therefore was subject to a 10% discount. The second tranche for the remaining balance of A$17.1M, was done at a discount of 8.5%. So we raised a total of about A$22.4M net of the discount. If you have any other questions, let me know."

So without getting too heavily into the maths in round numbers they sold the 15 million shares for around $1.65 or thereabouts and the company received in its hands around the $1.49. Bloody brilliant result in my opinion. Great work LDA Capital and Ken Scarince CFO. Puto can go an suck cabbage leaves he did not disrupt the Brainchip party.

My opinion only DYOR
FF

AKIDA BALLISTA

Yes, I was the one confused and happy to apologise, seemed to be getting $'s and shares mixed up.. I also heard back from Ken, and as you rightly say FF...it was a great result, only one tranche left by 31 December 2023 of $15,000,000 AUD to finalize all current LDA Capital agreements.

I received emails from both Peter and Adam yesterday, and I can share this...the whole company is working to get our next license deal, with some working 14 plus hours a day !!, working on future AI that will be needed 2, 5 and 10 years from now
while also developing applications for AKD1000.

That's what I call a visionary, extremely dedicated to making our company as successful as is humanly possible.

"I believe this is going to be a great year"

Please don't ever underestimate all our brilliant staff around the globe, we and they are ALL pulling in the same direction, the share price will eventually take care of it's self !

It's still highly disruptive technology, WE are the ones riding the first and biggest "Big Wednesday" wave, and it's a monster, only the fearless will succeed, only the ones with true visionary qualities, who know that they have the backing of all the Australian shareholders to cheer them on....the mission has been set, the path is crystal clear and believe me when I say, we are right on course to succeed.

Love Brainchip and all that sail her ! Regards Tech x

Hi Tech
It's great that you have arrived at this forum, I have always enjoyed reading your posts.
I think what people have to realize that the share price decline is a reflection of the world market in general, NOT something wrong with where Brainchip is going or in its management and progress.
The last time Russia ventured out to annex Crimea , that lasted 3 weeks. One way or another this will finish hopefully in a similar time frame. It will be intereting to see how the sanctions play out.
When this is resolved the market will bounce back with at least equal force. Couple this with a licence deal announcement, buying at the current price should look like peanuts.
My opinion only.

@SERA2g This may be of interest.......I too have my suspicions about NXP and this is another Dot.........I think this "like" by Rob Telson means something not nothing.......

Hi @ManChildreborn😜

Thanks for the heads up. I agree with you.

NXP is my little IP licencing deal baby that is crawling and will soon learn to walk.

I posted this cheeky introduction post a few days ago which Rob Telson liked. I'd like to think that he already knew who NXP and Lars Reger were but for the sake of pride and being able to beat my chest at the $20 party, I'm going to run with the story that I introduced Rob to Lars and so begun a relationship that resulted in one of the largest semiconductor IP licencing deals ever signed.

Cheers and you're welcome. :p

Q. Why is the SP down today when we have an Announcement?.

A. Nasdaq & DOW tumbled last night.

A. ASX down (currently) 2.9% or 214 points lead by BHP which is down 6.7% (BHP is biggest factor on ASX)

A. Putin is determined to cause problems with USA, Ukraine & World.
US needs to put 5000 troops on ground in Ukraine to stop Putin in his tracks. He would be terrified of killing any USA soldiers and creating the final end of the Soviet dream!

my opinions only of course!

"Overall, the FY21 report didn’t provide much more colour on the business.

Rather, it summarised the progress Brainchip has made over the past year and how it’s positioned going into 2022.

Given it still has no material revenue and the massive expectations baked into the Brainchip share price, I’m avoiding the business for now.

But if you’re looking for share ideas, check out.

( I deleted the link i don't want to point to that link)

Ii don't get why they always point to other stocks. Can someone explain me? Is it because they already have heavily invested in them?

If the US put 5000 boots on ground the markets would fall 29% Yak. Wouldn't mind avoiding that scenario.

This should resolve quick enough.

Bravo

If ARM was an arm, BRN would be its biceps💪!
Not that long ago Rob Telson mentioned that Ken the robot needed a companion, a dog named Higgins potentially. This caused me to reflect long and hard about this remark and whether anything deeper might be gleaned from it.

I can't help but wonder now at 'Aibo' who is Sony's robotic dog. Aibo’s sensory perception systems rely on neural networks. Whilst the dog is very popular, it seems that most of the concerns that people have about Aibo relate to privacy - its nose is a camera and the data collected from various sensors is sent to the cloud, to Sony.

It wouldn't take a genius to work out how useful Akida would be in eliminating these privacy issues. In addition, the dog currently has to be put into sleep mode to recharge to update its learning, which is another area in which AKida would help address.

Is Higgins a shout-out to Aibo?

Hi BL, it is true, out of sight can be out of mind but it's my observation that BRN bashing has flourished over there since most defenders of her honor have left .
it's so much more pleasant over here, however BRN bashers have the stage at HC.
IMO we should organize a raiding party with all of our best spruikers to bomb that site occasionally.

I think Higgins was just the first name that jumped to mind… was Benji!

LOL. Most dogs can't help but put their nose in peoples crotch area and now there is a camera in the nose? No wonder people are concerned about privacy. Bad dog.

Was there a tree shake this morning on the basis that the normal (and less researched) holder would not understand the details in the Annual Report?

We are very privileged to have this forum which is full of very knowledgeable people!

Try as they may, those who know, know.

You are right, BRN bashing has flourished, and the fact that the WHOLE MARKET is in red, but they choose to bash BRN, speaks volume of their intentions.

If people sell Brainchip based on articles from MF, AFR and the likes, they will learn eventually not to trust these gurus and they need to learn about companies and their potential before listening to those muppets. Sometimes experience is the best teacher.
