Hi BL, it is true, out of sight can be out of mind but it's my observation that BRN bashing has flourished over there since most defenders of her honor have left .
it's so much more pleasant over here, however BRN bashers have the stage at HC.
IMO we should organize a raiding party with all of our best spruikers to bomb that site occasionally.
That's what they'd want. The downrampers over there are coordinated by HC as per Yak52's information. If you want to annoy them, go over there to their other most discussed stocks and convince them to come over here. If you saw them begging us to stay - That's how you hurt them.

Not that long ago Rob Telson mentioned that Ken the robot needed a companion, a dog named Higgins potentially. This caused me to reflect long and hard about this remark and whether anything deeper might be gleaned from it.

I can't help but wonder now at 'Aibo' who is Sony's robotic dog. Aibo’s sensory perception systems rely on neural networks. Whilst the dog is very popular, it seems that most of the concerns that people have about Aibo relate to privacy - its nose is a camera and the data collected from various sensors is sent to the cloud, to Sony.

It wouldn't take a genius to work out how useful Akida would be in eliminating these privacy issues. In addition, the dog currently has to be put into sleep mode to recharge to update its learning, which is another area in which AKida would help address.

Is Higgins a shout-out to Aibo?

I am still leaning to a potential tie up with Spot from Boston Dynamics @Bravo77

Spot has many links with industrial automation and is being used commercially in mining, construction, utilities and NASA. ;) There is also the ability to enhance autonomy with LIDAR add-ons and the AI can be developed by user. Hyundai also has a controlling interest in BD which may also link in perfectly with our South Korean multinational.

https://www.bostondynamics.com/products/spot

FWIW I still don't think we have seen the real reason for our re-rate yet. Mercedes, Patents, DTC etc have all been accumulative in igniting the fuse but the catalyst I see as still to come. Happy to be right on this one, lol.

Cheers all, hold the line.

Well last week when I checked, most discussed stocks were having 100 comments, if that lol
Best way to hurt them is to ignore the site.
Obviously people would start to notice eventually. I believe Z wants Tsexy to be a long term investment and not a day trade.

Interesting take on AI from Meta.

At 2:28 Project CAIRaoke - ''Fully end to end neuro model for building on device assistance''.

Looks like they are using GPU for their super computer :unsure::unsure:, the bottle neck just got slightly tighter?

Fascinatingly Intuitive.
Afternoon Chippers,

Good to receive the Annual Report early.

All looked good as I presumed, though more sales would have been nice, cannot complain about 1,215% increase in revenues.

Sure hope KMP , Key Management Personnel, are working working extraordinarily long hours and delivering.

Annual Report,
Page 24,
Options up for grabs for KMP.

Anyone would be forgiven thinking thay are not paid a fixed salary with benefits, to start with.

Another interesting point was on page 10.
Antonio J. Viana.
Also worked with Hughes Aircraft.
* bit like Skunk Works ???

On a lighter note , almost fell over when reading $2,486,927.00 US were spent on S&M.
Not that I would know, but that's a hell of allot of leather whips & handcuffs.

Regards,
Esq.

If the US put 5000 boots on ground the markets would fall 29% Yak. Wouldn't mind avoiding that scenario.

This should resolve quick enough.
Exactly why would 5000 US troops on the ground as " UN Peacekeepers" cause a 29% fall in the markets.??

Do you REALLY think Putin will go head to head Military wise with USA? Who has the MOST Nukes? & most Modern Defence ?
Russia has the Hypersonics which may not even be in mass production yet, but even these are useless against just troops unless they can be equipped with Nuke warheads. Hypersonics are for large targets such as Ships, bases etc.

Look at Ukraine today. The PEOPLE of Ukraine have raised coin in 24hrs MORE THAN that supplied via Budgets for 2021.

Russians killing US Peacekeepers in Ukraine would cause that mighty country (USA) to arm up very quickly against the Russians.
No PUTIN does not want to deal with US Military .ever. Period. even with Hypersonics in his pocket.

Keep an EYE on CHINA now.

Westpac Trading is down totally today. WHY? Hacking/Cyber attack??? From China or Russia perhaps? Retaliation ?
Australia is helping Ukraine against Cyber attacks so...........

Yak52

ps. ASK any ex-European who was around those States which Russia (USSR) took over at the end of a Tank gun barrel! Would they want to repeat the same experiences again? lol.

Searching Reuters articles for reference to the BRN headlines post by HC this morning and I find no mention of the 2 news headlines in a new BRN thread titled Hot News.

I question why HC make a special effort to misrepresent FY losses and also to ridiculously point out that this fledgling company has not decided to pay a dividend to shareholder's.

I also question who is paying all of the down ramping stock bashers that have turned up recently to erode the equity of BRN shareholders by monotonous negative and misconstrued commentary from this band of non holders ?

IMO it has the stench of organized crime that should interest ASIC for forensic investigation .

Motive could be one of two or both but the organizers would be connected to large party's accumulating the stock at the lowest possible price and or have shorted at a higher price and seek to profit by closing the short at the lowest possible share price.

Which every the case , I think stock manipulation becomes a crime when it is proven to be organized, especially when Bot manipulation is so prevalent and traceable if investigated.

Does anyone with knowledge of trading rules have a view on this scenario and could Brainchip have a case against HC for promoting misinformation?
The article along with the paid downrampers on HC belong in the

A lot of talk about the LDA agreement which is healthy and beneficial for all of us to truly understand what it is all about.

I wonder if the company would be prepared to do a Podcast with Ken to explain to shareholders what the benefits of such an agreement are to both the company and us shareholders.

Maybe some of the more influential posters could suggest it?

Yes, I was the one confused and happy to apologise, seemed to be getting $'s and shares mixed up.. I also heard back from Ken, and as you rightly say FF...it was a great result, only one tranche left by 31 December 2023 of $15,000,000 AUD to finalize all current LDA Capital agreements.

I received emails from both Peter and Adam yesterday, and I can share this...the whole company is working to get our next license deal, with some working 14 plus hours a day !!, working on future AI that will be needed 2, 5 and 10 years from now
while also developing applications for AKD1000.

That's what I call a visionary, extremely dedicated to making our company as successful as is humanly possible.

"I believe this is going to be a great year"

Please don't ever underestimate all our brilliant staff around the globe, we and they are ALL pulling in the same direction, the share price will eventually take care of it's self !

It's still highly disruptive technology, WE are the ones riding the first and biggest "Big Wednesday" wave, and it's a monster, only the fearless will succeed, only the ones with true visionary qualities, who know that they have the backing of all the Australian shareholders to cheer them on....the mission has been set, the path is crystal clear and believe me when I say, we are right on course to succeed.

Love Brainchip and all that sail her ! Regards Tech x
Many thanks for posting Tech - and how wonderful that it won't be moderated on some made-up basis just to stop us reading it. @zeeb0t - legend for starting this show.

I suggest any holders who hold BRN only to add on their watchlists a few other tech companies, mining, consumable companies, BNPL etc. companies just so you can see the overall market movements. Also check out the NASDAQ movement the day before.
This downturn has absolutely nothing to do with BRN's fundamentals and many other company's fundamentals. Days like these are good to ignore the price unless you intend to buy more.

The annual report is always a nice read to see how far we have come and to see the big picture again. So many achievements in 2021 and so much growth up to our commercialisation stage now. Plenty of cash on hand and cash available if we need more.

I am excited to think about what our EAPs are doing with the technology behind the scenes. Think that we are progressing as a company, but we are not a single entity. Other companies like Mercedes, NASA etc. are also progressing for their own use OUR technology as well. I like how we have many eyes as a shareholder base, but as a product development base we have very smart companies progressing our technology and company as well.

I think about the future opportunities on days like these. If I ever question a company on a down day, I probably shouldn't have invested in it in the first place.

None of that matters if there is a WW3.
A friend mentioned this to me just then, ''we are sitting here worried about money while they worry for their lives''.
My thoughts are with those innocent families in Ukraine who are suffering at no fault of their own.

Time for a break from the market until things settle. Not much that anyone can really do at the moment.

Looking forward to the bounce once the stupidity ends.

this video surely has an akida look , hopefully :)
Have dug deeper into this.

Reading the white paper, it would appear to me that we most diffidently have some involvement in this, comments made in the white paper that make me more convinced are
- on device learning without a software update
- does not need internet connection

Currently there is only one market ready solution we know that does this. These things appear to be completely sold out (no in stock on any distributor websites) and I've emailed the company to ask if there's any part of the AI that's licensed so will let you know what the response is.
