Actually those posts, well certainly mine were looking at worst case scenario and clearly stated the preferred option was for Felix and friends to step in a chop heads off.Anyone remember last week when at least 20 of you morally bankrupted bastards were considering jumping into bed with zijin for a good rogering at the first sign of trouble
Sorry, had to! lol
Things looking up![]()
This was my way of saying (and reconciling what had happened) that all is not lost, and there is still a great opportunity for shareholders should AVZ have to acknowledge Z and in particularly for the avoidance of lengthy court cases. I sincerely hope the Inspector General's report is actioned by Felix and friends quickly resolving the situation and annulling illegal transactions and punishment for the parties concerned, thus saving AVZ having to fight these battles on its own.
At least the issues raised for AVZ should be easier to act on then other reports of illegal actions uncovered by the Inspector General concerning Gécamines, that shit is still going, yet those illegal actions span many years so no quick fix. https://www.rfi.fr/fr/afrique/20211...ations-sur-un-casse-à-530-millions-de-dollars
Hence I hope the Inspector General's report is complete with recommendations, and Felix and friends act on these recommendations immediately. Fingers crossed someone will publish a full copy of the report online soon, or this report is an addendum to one of AVZ's announcements in the near future
There's heaps of light at the end of the tunnel now for AVZ, and nothing would please me more to come out the other side of the tunnel with these matters being finalised with the assistance of DRC Gov etc. It would be unfortunate to come out of suspension with any pending legal action or even a sniff of uncertainly for the future (on all issues related to Z and Dathomir) as others have said, I would rather see AVZ in suspension until only blue skies above and not a dark cloud in sight !!
