Perhaps we should be emailing the owners of hot crapper or emailing the sponsors or both.

hotcrapper is owned by the London-based UK stock market data provider, ADVFN, following its acquisition from Gumtree Australia Markets Ltd in June 2025
. Gumtree had previously acquired hotcrapper from its former owner, ***************** Ltd.
  • Current owner: ADVFN PLC acquired hotcrapper in June 2025.
  • Previous owner: hotcrapper was previously owned by Gumtree Australia Markets Ltd, which sold it as part of a group of assets called the "Capital Markets Group".
  • Even earlier owner: Before Gumtree, hotcrapper belonged to the ASX-listed company ***************** Ltd (which later rebranded to The Market Ltd).

Pretty obvious to vote yes for both @Pokok

If you’re having trouble, click on the link in your email and give your proxy to the Chairman

Even giving proxy to chairman, I had to confirm yes vote (or no or discretion).

Shut up and take my vote Damit automic!!!

Yeah i dont know why we wouldnt vote for them at this point.
I used the email to vote for my personal holdings and logged on to automic to vote for my super holdings. Both super simple and took just a couple minutes for both

thank you for your overwhelming support to a fellow Ozzie shareholder I know you cared
I think more people would have appreciated your politically incorrect humour if they read through the ICC Partial Award documentation. Cominiere's "arguments" include ridiculous nonsense such as:
  • Prove you still own the shares we stole.
  • We request the tribunal declare itself incompetent and we're not paying our legal fees.
  • OK ok, we'll pay our legal fees if the tribunal declares itself incompetent.
And my personal favourite so far:
  • Aha we got you! This shocking new evidence will likely decide the case! Dathcom doesn't have a registered office now that we stole it!
I'm honestly surprised these assholes can tie their own shoelaces. But with millions in Chinese bribes maybe they pay someone else to do it for them.

@Cobberoonski (and super yacht)

Thanks for supporting exposure of the toilet’s bullshit in my enforced absence on the crapper

same for rattlerock - needs to look harder, or get over selective blindness

until stated otherwise, directors remuneration is suspended.

I don’t care if it has recommenced - that is SEPCULATION, what a SAGA... MESS

If it has recommenced, we will be told in the 2025 AR, anything else is opinion/lies

So the the way I understand it, is that the our progress relies partly on the successful delivery of the DRC-US critical minerals agreement, which itself relies on the successful delivery of the regional economic integration framework, which itself relies on the successful delivery of the operational elements of the Peace Deal.

So in that sense, our advancement might be contingent to a degree on the DRC eliminating the FDLR (who they've previously tacitly supported), and on Rwanda to withdraw its so-called defensive troops operating in the DRC's border zone and withdrawing its support to M23.

So to get all these deals to work, they just have to resolve an intractable conflict lasting decades.

A big ask!!!

Here's hoping the US pressure to sign these agreements pays off and we can sneak in and quickly agree a sale that highlights America's investment in DRC and portrays Trump as a peacemaker, before the DRC-Rwandan house of cards falls down again...

You forgot to add that it also relies on, and is contingent on the approval of KoBold’s offer by our very own @wombat74

Regarding this point that you made, copied below, that is exactly my thinking. Noting that AVZ needs to move quick and secure an irreversible deal, and get the funds pronto. This will not be the time for AVZ to stuff around trying to squeeze a few extra cents out of the buyer.
