You don't need an invite, you can just show up and vote. If you want to vote online you can also do that through the Automic portal, no need for the email.

Yeah i dont know why we wouldnt vote for them at this point.
I used the email to vote for my personal holdings and logged on to automic to vote for my super holdings. Both super simple and took just a couple minutes for both
